He doesn't own the Poole Stadium site. He only leases it from the Council. Having said that, Cala Homes have shown interest in the site in the latest 'suggestions' to be considered in a revised Council Local Plan!! If the Council accept the 'suggestion' as a firm proposal and then include it in a new Local Plan, which will have to be approved by central Government, then that plan will go out to public consultation. Pirates Of Poole Posted November 15 Report Share Posted November 15 (edited) If Cala homes win a bid to build on the stadium site, they must find an alternate site for the stadium built before any works can take place the new stadium would need to be finished.
