Our Premiership barely holds up against 2.Ekstraliga let alone the top league. Remove these restrictions and there’s a couple of clubs that could probably afford to compete in the Ekstraliga. Maybe. All hypothetical as I can’t see that happening in a million years. No point in the Club even attempting to qualify for the play-offs and it's now time to have full focus on 2027. King needs to start average fixing by having some EF's and R's otherwise he'll find himself at Northampton next year if what I'm hearing is true about Mayfield going for a proper 1 & 5 which would both be on 8+ GSA's. Paul Hurry needs to give all Heat 15's to riders who aren't in the Clubs plans for 2027 instead of King. Not going to happen, it's their living so they need to score points to pay the bills. All this talk of average fixing is poppycock.
ShanoXtra
Lawson must go. 1. Turns up late, dirty bikes and ill prepared. 2. Never does the parade 3. Creates a bad atmosphere in the pits 4. Drives to Leicester, calls in sick half way, when asked by management to attend the track for a doctor’s note and to make IRR available, he refuses and drives home. The next day he rides in Denmark. 5. Calls in at 17:50 to tell the management he isn’t turning up, the riders and management at this point have had enough of him. This guy also got sacked by his Polish club this season. Goodbye and Good riddance.
Aries
Not sure we’ll see him again this year but we’ll see. Might be case of just limping to the line with R/R for the last few meetings and then see what next year brings.

Confirmed on social media that he’s broken his collarbone

He’s at an age now where the old bones break that bit easier.
blue witch
Lawson and Nicholls out leaves us 13.56 for 2 riders as we're over the cap so like for like. Small stint for Emil and a 4/5 point rider?

Not sure what the total team average is currently but you can’t just add the two averages together and bring in a new duo up to the combined average of the two they’re replacing. It would have to be done individually, a replacement for Lawson up to and including his current GSA, and the same for Nicholls. Emil doesn’t have a work visa anyway and there’s zero chance they could or would get a new one just for a few meetings.

As long as the 2 come in for the amount going out it's fine. could have a 10 and a 3 if you wish

Only if the full one to six collectively comes under the 37 points limit. Otherwise it’s like for like on an individual basis. You can’t just add up Lawson’s and Nicholls combined average and then bring in another two up to that figure. It has to be a single replacement for Lawson up to his GSA, and a single replacement for Nicholls up to his current GSA. 1
noaksey
We were talking about potential replacements last night Charles Wright and Jeppesen were the best we could come up with unless the Polish connection can produce someone

I make it 12.91 for a general double change (taking off the 0.65 we are above the limit) otherwise yes would have to be 2 individual changes like you say

I always thought that if you redeclare you can go to 37 for the 6 riders so if we want to replace Lawson and Scott, add the remaining 4 together so say 23 points then you can use the remaining 14 points in which ever combination you like. But I may be wrong.

Or get Woryna over earlier, give him a couple of Foxhall meetings to get a feel for the place before next year. Then sign another up to and including 4.91. Woryna, King, Brennan and Musielak would be decent. Edited 4 hours ago by Aries

TTT
Wroclaw can send us over a 5.00 Young Pole as a trial run for next season as a direct replacement for Nicholls. Don't think Brennan and Wright get along well but Wright for Lawson in a straight swap is another option. Woryna as mentioned by Aries is a move that might be able to happen if Lublin are happy with it.
Witches1998
I believe woryna would be a 7.50 this year as only first season in GP but would increase to an 8.00 assessed if not signed till next year which would be his second in GP looking at assessed rules If so he would fit as a straight swap in for lawson?!
