The only way I could see it working based on Wood's comments is if the BSPL needed another PL track then a Northampton type arrangement might work if the likes of Busty are involved. Of course at this moment the BSPL don't need another PL track but who knows who may or may not run next season....

Rent upfront for a season is likely to be not insignificant plus infrastructure costs as you've mentioned plus the knowledge that your pretty certain to lose money once the turnstiles open... they won't be queueing up to take this on I suspect

Redcar match now 3pm instead of 6 so no good for me as AFC Workington v Leek kicks off at 3pm. I told a few people that you could do a football/speedway double header as well....
