Are there enough U19s of sufficient quality to ride in the Prem next season?

Think it'd be better if it was U24 in Prem, U19 in Champ.

Looking at the British U19 from this year and excluding Foord who I think will be too old the top six were Harrison, Scott, Rushen, Cairns, Pjiper and Loftus.

Assuming of course they are young enough at whatever the cut off point is.

Main U24s would presumably be Flint, Rowe, Thompson, Edwards, Kemp and Gilkes.

Phil is reffering to Northampton racing at Oxford.

You could probably get to Oxford from Northampton in just over an hour by car.

Why go to Oxford when Leicester is closer and track is available for speedway 7 days/nights a week?
If Northampton in top flight they could use Mondays & Thursdays to stage meetings for both clubs.

Who are these Northampton fans that would go to Leicester or even Oxford ?  They don’t exist, what’s the point of having a new team that doesn’t have any fans or a track or any history of fans that would still be alive, inventing a team and expecting fans that don’t exist to attend a track miles away from the town it’s supposed to represent is stuff of the matrix
