I did hear potential rumours of no TV deal and therefore having 1 league of 15 teams with two cup competitions of over 30 guaranteed fixtures. potentially completely wrong but could be a slightly higher points limit to potentially allow the top riders to move down like this signing. On top of this if riders were guaranteed 30 meetings this would then mean not to worry for the fact they can’t double up but also give them good chance for decent money that could long term attract riders.
