Mgas
How difficult is it to get from Berwick to Plymouth? Is the train the best option?
847084
Cheap budget flight from Newcastle or Edinburgh to Bristol then Falcon coach from airport to Plymouth. If I had to, this would be the first method I would explore.

If the Promotion have ambitions which they claim it’s pretty obvious what needs to be done on that matter .IMO

Battye has said he wants to be back for Friday so IF that’s happening i guess the decision is already made and we will be finding out very soon.
Neila
7 hours ago, Mgas said: How difficult is it to get from Berwick to Plymouth? Is the train the best option? Track a taxi ride from the centre, but a premier inn is 5 minutes walk from the track, but it's not a cheap one, I've paid over £120 for when the Comets are down, but can cancel on the day if required. As said to save what will be an 8-10 hour drive, if you can get a cheapish easy jet flight to Bristol may work out , but your still talking of a few hundred £s . But it is a cup final and its certainly an experience going to the Plymouth polo mint shape/ size track 😲

Can they not just keep Jenkins till Battye is fit, then Battye replaces Fedriksen as he has a lower average than him?

Amazingly there is a cross country train that goes DIRECT. It does take 9 hours though. And for a random Saturday (and Sunday return) it quotes a quite reasonable £112 (before railcard)

Said it was a great trip -- the buffet car ran out of beer before Derby! It seems a train trip for the Cup Final might be the way to do it .... Youhave2minutes
Plymouth lost at home to Edinburgh so Berwick do stand a chance. However the track size is so different between the two and the set ups on bikes are gonna be so different. Could go anyway because of this.
