JamesHarris
I'm sure I am not the only one who is thinking this but it looks like we have acquired a spammer on the forum. It is becoming very obvious that this individual comments practically every day on almost every subject in order to make sure they are seen. I'm not naming the poster but I'm sure you will all know who it it. There's nothing wrong in putting forward an opinion but the forum should not be a place for spamming. The moderators know who it is and should be taking action. Hey I'm just wondering what the odds will be of them being the first to comment on this thread. 6

SteveArena
That mad bloke with a time in his name! Must have escaped from the local nut house or he aint taking his medication. Moderators should ban the geezer.
RoundTheBoards
Using the "ignore user" option works. You can also report spam posts to the moderators. Alas there doesn't seem to be anybody moderating, so the "Ignore" option is your best bet.
bluejam
There aren't any mods to moderate any content on this forum. The ones I've met have all given moderating up 😉
phillwhitewasmad
I use ignore on him but people keep quoting his posts so you see his inane ramblings. Personally think he adds nothing to the debates

Hover your cursor over the picture of the poster - a box will appear and "ignore" is at the bottom left of the box - click it and you're done! 2

Preston Comet
Personally, a little chickle is ok, its no more annoying than the football drivel that gets brought up with monotonous regularity.. Or the insults on the Poole thread a while back

Or the insults on the Poole thread a while back I do agree with what you're saying and I think the poster should be able to post what he wants in reason on this forum. But and its a big but, the forum has been totally saturated by the posts on what seems every single thread going. Other posters don't want that and it puts them off both posting and visiting the site. The poster needs to calm down and not railroad every thread going. 2
Toady
Leave him alone. You do not have to read or comment on anything he posts. As has been said above, just ignore him if you so wish.

More harm than good and i would say good posters are probably deciding not to come on here because of the constant drivel.

It is a forum, and I guess it needs addressing by the mods.
steve roberts
I rarely post on here now and it's ironic that one who has chosen to post on this particular thread used to continually trawl some of my posts that I had no option but to put him/her on "ignore" as it became tiresome and repetitive! Also there was another who frequents the forum regularly who spouts very bizarre rhetoric and opinions but I guess that's the nature of public forums and one must accept that if one wishes to participate in open discussion?
