You see a post from him and ignore it and scroll past to the next post. You start to read it, and then realise it's also from him. You scroll past that one and on to the next post. Start reading it, and then realise it's also from him. Repeat the last sentence a few times. In other words, it's very hard to just scroll past his posts and ignore them when he's using so many accounts.
