GeneralMelchett
I am hoping to steam this - having been able to load the site with no issues a few hours ago - it doesn’t seem to load now - so unless this improves with meet 30 minutes or so I will probably give up! Shame as they will lose my £15 and I will not see the meeting! Edited May 4 by GeneralMelchett

Some of these have now actually closed and only open on match days. The Town is a complete sh!thole that is a pale shadow of its old self, pure and simple. It won’t just be our town either, plenty just like it up and down the country. If you want a nice night out, go a bit further out to Woodbridge where it’s still relatively civilised and hasn’t been “diversified” yet. I’m not arguing your general point. All I am saying is the money that will come into the town on match days isn’t to be sniffed at & the money those bars will generate today & indeed over the weekend is significant. TTT
Brennan should be doing what Lidsey is doing @ No.1 imo. Today's meeting is a real opportunity for the Stars, The track won't be the same imo and Ipswich have a misfiring No.1 and a No.6 who's started the season in dreadful form. Come on Tom, Time to step up and revert back to the 2025 form. Still can't believe Mayfield didn't sign Jeppesen and instead have opted to use Guests whilst Hellstrom-Bangs is banned, If Jenkins scores 5 then he's scored the same amount of points as Hellstrom-Bangs would've got imo. Sh!thole. well done Labour. No defence of labour at all but ipswich town centre has been in serious decline and is just like you describe long before they were in charge. Sad really nothing like it used to be.
GeneralMelchett
Pretty routine win for the Witches there - Fricke finally got going and when he did the Stars fortunes improved. Impressed by Rushden! Both Lawson and Brenna had good meetings, at one point felt Lawson was going to get the full 15 but he left a gap for Fricke. Tobi started well would and maybe should have got 10 - but again like Lawson left a gap for Fricke! Not the best racing but for an afternoon meeting there was some passing. Once the stream worked it was very good - however I found the log in in process very convulted and slow - possibly due to the numbers trying to get online etc, that needs sorting out! It seems few gave up. One thing I will say is this streams camera work and production is better than he previous TV service we had to ensure! TTT
Stars wait a few years for a proper No.1 only for him to have his worst season in a while lol. Ipswich 2 passengers but won with a bit to spare again, Witches really are 1 team change away from potentially retaining the PREM title imo. The Brennan, Musielak, Lawson & King core with Edwards as the Rising Star is strong enough to compete for silverware when you look at the amount of points they put up as a unit. 4

Good observations and I agree, I don't think a 10 point win told the whole story. I believe this was effectively won after 6 or 7 heats. Being honest that's the poorest Lynn performance at foxhall for some time and I can't imagine Rob Lyon would be happy with that. 2
