As a Bears fan ( sort of ) I’m astounded at how inconsistent the home riders are . A couple of impressive race wins from Edwards and Mulford added to two poor rides, Allen started well, finished poorly, same with Pijper. Lambert was trying hard and deserved a bit more than his 5 points , same with Scott but the whole team were consistently outgated or outpaced down the back straight by a battling Scorpions side who deserved their win.
