I thought you had to ride for the club before coming a asset may be wrong .nice to see you back

It has been a rule in the past, whether it still is. No idea really! Watched the p+p interviews on youtube the other day and he was mentioned something about having an eye on him for the future but would have to watch it again to be sure!

It says here that if someone on a work permit loses their job thrn it is the respinsibility of the sponsor to notify the home office within 10 days. http://www.redwingimmigration.co.uk/tier-2-visa-curtailed/

Who was Holder's sponsor last year? Troy Bachelor lost his job at the same time but has no issues this year. Were both sponsored by King's Lynn or by previous employers?

There could be a connection with that if it is a visa issue.

I'm sure I read somewhere before that Batchelor was hoping to gain permanent residence, much like Mark Lemon, Kevin Doolan and Davey Watt had/have. Whether that happened or not though, I don't know but that could be the difference between him and Holder.

I believe that his visa has run out, he can ride in Poland without one but if he leaves the UK will not allowed back in, he would have to fly home to Australia & apply for a brand new visa. Doesn’t leave the UK he can apply whilst still in the country. It’s an oversight from him not to have this sorted.

But typical of his professionalism it seems.

This was what was quoted on the polish website by Torun, they’re monitoring the isssues very closely as he’s a key member for them.

So his situation isn't really personal then.He should be switched on for this kind of situation, and now only has himself to blame it seems for lack of meetings.

Or being unprofessional as most would see it.

Downward spiral.  Think Poole fans should remember him in his pomp.

It's the club at fault just as much as the rider. They would be his sponsor and they would know he needs a visa. They should have checked on this too.
