As Tero hasn't ridden for you yet doesn't your team revert to the previous team which included Wells on a 4.24, so i am assuming a guest up to 4.24. I am pretty sure Douglas's average is too high. For me it’s one of the worst things about speedway in recent seasons. Injuries spoil meetings as contests, keep people waiting around for ambulances and litter teams with guests and R/R.
