Cant see it being someone as established as the 2 you mentioned. Based on the below Kowolik would be a 6.00 and crazily Malkiewicz a 7.50 (based on his 1.506 per race average being 6.024 converted to 4 races) Would be someone hitting the 4.50 bracket at a guess?!

Unless Coleman is a very good poker player and was just keeping things very close to his chest, then forget Bewley. I was the one who brought him up in our conversation because it seemed an obvious fit with the Wroclaw stuff, and he immediately dismissed that idea out of hand. Could take that two ways I suppose, he was being sincere, or it was a deflection and he wasn’t giving anything away. My take was that it was a non starter.

Having heard & read Coleman’s comments about our squad being too old I can’t see him going for Freddie. To be honest we need to look to the future and get some young blood in there. As for Holder is he even going to be fit the last update wasn’t great.

What a very sensible idea, the SCB justifiably don't get a lot of praise but it's deserved in this case.

have you not considered that unlike those lucky few with Polish Contracts, he probably has one very strong engine, a decent engine and a few that are not competitive at the highest level. His spurts of excellence and mediocrity certainly support that sort of narrative far more than him being inconsistent When we have a few mega talented young 16-17 year olds with mega rich Parents on GP engines its not always easy for others to compete on a level playing field.

Did see on Socials - Polish journalists mentioning that British Speedway is in talks with PZM and is looking to implement a U21 rule in the reserve spots. One spot for British rider and the other for an international rider - with the hope that Polish juniors get signed or Polish Teams junior riders - could be a costly means of getting junior riders with transport and logistics.

Can’t see why people don’t see Doyle staying at Belle Vue and Witches going in for Bewley. Ties to Wrocław and obviously Coleman said we may interchange/share the riders. Bewley said he likes Foxhall and the fans and I believe he is the type of character that the Foxhall faithful would love to have. Bewley, Łaguta Tobi as the front three big hitters.

Holder has to be the first choice for a wildcard as we was right up there till his injury. 2nd choice is between Bewley and Lindgren, who would also both probably be in the top 7 without injuries, but surely one of them has to go to whoever finishes 8th ? With 4 riders separated by 1 point chasing 3 places, it would be very harsh to not give another shot to the one that misses out. So which way do you go ? The 41 year old with a fantastic record but never been Champion and unlikely to be now, or the 27 year old potential future champion who would probably have been in the title fight this year ?

Well that didn't go according to plan, for either team I guess loosing a 12 point lead ain't great, being 6 points down isn't either. Poole's mechanicals didn't help the cause, in a perfect world they wouldn't happen I guess. Jordy Loftus did help much either, I was expecting a couple points. A 6 point deficit isn't the end of the world, sure Redcar do have some good riders but it will come down to who steps up tomorrow.
