I don’t think Will is going to be riding for BV on Friday or for that matter Leicester on Sunday as he is due to be riding in California on Saturday! -
What will 2026 UK speedway bring?

Go on ? -
Neils worth hanging onto for number 2 position granted not the force he was but should average 6-7 over a season ?
-
I am sure Middlo can accommodate him or any rider that is Poole bound.
-
Loftus & Wood good shout. No doubt that leaves quite a bit of room for the main body of team

Yes but that’s not an issue for a sports facility and it’s private land -
Hoped that would be the case if Bailey were also signed. Thought it might be limited space if Zach & Ben stay there next season.

It is a moment all Panthers and Speedway supporters should take great pride in. We’re not there yet, but a foot is in the door. -
He could lodge with Middlo. Plenty of room

What will 2026 UK speedway bring?

Although Denmark manage to have six teams in their play-offs from a seven team league. So it's feasable (but still very unsatisfactory) -
50% is fairly significant....

IF team building is 40 like the season just gone then we would need to change 1 rider min. This is with 2.5% reductions. Emil 8.21 Doyle 7.86 Tom 7.04 Ellis 5.92 Dan T 5.87 Howarth 5 39.9 RS - Edwards

If they want big subscriber numbers its going to have to be something like £20 per month absolute maximum for say 7 months =£140, -
A buyer would be a good place to start
-
1. R Lambert 2. B Cook 3. N Klindt 4. C Harris 5. J Kvech 6. A Bednar 7. Rushen / Scott All very much dependent on what the points limit is.

Doesn't Will ride for BV colts though? So would affect him as well? Although Championship has priority in past seasons. Not sure with it being BSN affects things. -
On the subject of Bowes. If he does sign for Poole, I wonder if he would base himself in UK. Believe he based in POL last 4 years, but had the comfort of having both a POL U24 slot plus a Sunday POL Lge 1 or 2 slot or a combo of the 2. Plus easier commuting for SWE Lge 2. As he cannot do POL U24 next season (24 in Nov) which is changing I believe anyway to promote more POL younger riders, plus his POL EXL2 scores were fairly poor being approx 3.82 per 4 rides from 18 meetings and 55th out of 59 riders who rode regular during season. Even his own Team Manager was openly critical of him end of season in an article posted on one or both POL sites. Maybe he was upset so shortly after losing in the play offs. This means he is not even guaranteed to get any POL team spot at this stage unless he is already signed, as most riders have near enough sorted their teams already for 2026 and he won't be in the U24 Lge (I think but stand corrected). As for the SWE 2nd Div ???. No idea of his scores there. Maybe less running around Europe may help him (only guessing of course). Having also 2 possible Aussie team Mates (Cook & Bailey - Hopefully) could be a stabalising factor. Not that I am clutching at straws 😆

Why is it smoke and mirrors ? The rule quoted was from the British rule book and was in relation to racing in the British league. Yes he was declared for 2025, but never rode in the British league before he was injured again. Nowhere does the rule say that the period missed has to be related to the same injury. Therefore, by the wording of the rule, he has missed more than one full season due to speedway injury.
