Is Jody Scott not going to be at Oxford? There's talk on the Oxford thread that he accidentally said he'll be there next season.
-
NO Problem
-
No thanks. To Kemp and Ablitt
-
"Give the bloke a chance" you say, he has been getting chances since he was a teenager & he will be 33 shortly. How many more chances do you think he might need before he sorts his life out?
-
Maldon.
-
If and when Jason comes back there wont be a single person boycotting any track, It's all talk. Give the bloke a chance. Its more likely the attendances will go up to see how he performs.
- Today

If so, much might depend on a chosen guest. Bandits supporters will have fingers crossed this week -- Jordan Jenkins rides tonight and tomorrow, PK and Jye Etheridge are in Thursday's Premier play-off and Nick Morris is guesting for Glasgow at Edinburgh on Friday night. A real spirit of adventure among those of the black and gold persuasion now, with quite a few now choosing to join the quest, the expedition, to Devon. Saturday Night Fever!

I’m afraid you’re confusing ‘affecting the team or racing’ with ‘affecting the event’. No-one with half a brain would argue playing Wham’s Club Tropicana before heat thirteen would aid us in any way. The fact is, speedway isn’t just four riders going around a track; like all sports, presentation is part of the event. Music, announcements, crowd interactions, introductions, etc. all contribute to atmosphere. -
A good chance of Rushen at Ipswich imo. King's Lynn can easily sign Jody Scott again to fill that role so I doubt Buster will get into a bidding war as he always operates on a budget. I don't think this rough guess of a prediction is unrealistic for the British U21 positions tbh. Belle Vue -> W. Cairns Ipswich -> C. Rushen King's Lynn -> J. Scott Leicester -> 2026 Team Member of the Lions Cubs? (F. Hodder, R. Ingram or M. Perry) Northampton and Sheffield -> L. Harrison and A. Pijper Newcomer to the League -> Whatever the other Clubs leave them with....V. Foord????

Personally I don't listen to the music or Derek Smith for that matter, I don't see how that would affect the team or the racing, -
My thoughts too
-
Think his mindset will be a problem for Mayfield after the experience they've had with Lawson this season tbh.
-
OK 😁
-
sorry lynn fans, your in big trouble
-
Speedway rider Cooper Rushen lives in Essex, England. [1, 2] Background Details Hometown Origin: Born in Colchester and raised in Essex, where he was homeschooled to accommodate his busy racing schedule. 😉
-
if he is essex and im wrong, very well could be, then sod lynn, come join a partnership with will at belle vue 😄
-
thought hes from lynn area
-
Essex lad ain’t he Phil?
-
Could Drew Kemp be an option his average is a 5.05 and he has been fantastic around Foxhall this season scoring 10, 15 and 7. His average this season at Foxhall was 7.11. Also, he single-handedly won the KO Cup for Leicester. I know there is a lot of controversy around Drew and there was a rift between the old management and him. I just think he has awesome raw talent and if someone could tell him to stop giving up when he's last he could be fantastic.
-
Agree if I was Lynn I would be paying what he wants.
-
not being paid for most of the season usually is a problem
-
Another reason why I'm high on Magic is because of how many riders that featured in the last Spires side who have gone on to have good seasons. Maybe it was Oxford who were the problem all along?
-
The fragile state of lynn fans lately, Buster would be stupid not to pay enough to keep there home town hero, that would be the straw that broke the camels back there
