Workington obviously!!

First visit for me and I didn't like the look of the steel poste behinf the fence which had foam blocks over the top of them. Did wonder how they got away with the Mildenhall debacle with the protection they were going to provide to their posts. But then I remembered - they needed another team in the Premiership.
-
I'd still go but probably not every week
-
Sounds like it.Just another rule make up on the back of day packet. Can see it being scrapped next season when every will probably have 2 rider over 8 at the end of this season. Then the sh*t will hit the fan.
-
I wonder who you are on about šš¤£š¤£
-
Iāve been told that basically the 8pt rule was for team building purposes only and that you could sign a 2nd 8pt rider after the first match.
-
If you look at workington2026 the 2 averages are 8.22 and rolling 7.70.Its 2.00 for this season.Doesnāt really matter though he has signed and rode for them.maybe in the ābest interest of sport ruleā kicked in again.š¤

Random question. After watching a few old YouTube videos I noticed your track used to be a good bit bigger, was fast and a real racers track. Would you Poole fans like to see it made that way again? Looks to be plenty room now.

Group 1 in Poznan today POSTPONED- heavy rain. -
Wouldn't be too high if Plymouth felt he could do a better job than Klima though. Personally speaking, all that matters is Tobias takes the time to get himself 100% after a truly horrific crash. Hopefully look forward to seeing him as a Gladiator in 2027 at least

Dougy and Dan T are our best two riders at the moment but they're paired together at 1 & 2. Dan appears to be wasted in that position. Morris will now be paired with reserves for three of his rides, which looks a weak combination. That said, it should not affect the meeting outcome and Dickson is no doubt still smarting from that earlier defeat at Northampton. -
Ideal replacement, depends on his Wednesday commitments in Denmark
-
I don't remember reading it was an temporary injury replacement, which would mean Tobias could only return to Plymouth at the management committee discretion. His avers would be too high now anyway. But he would fit to replace Bowrs at Poole š¤

Kemp's statement doesn't make sense! Cook started on 7.99 & went up to 8.39, Kemp signed for Workington on 8.07, which was his converted Prem average. Kemp finished last year on 8.08 in the Champ. So the rule must be only 1 rider above 8 at the start of the season?

Northampton vs Ipswich June 29th

Attended this meeting on Monday as my first visit to Northampton and to play devils advocate here I absolutely loved it from the first impression. One of the promoterās out the front greeting supporters was a really classy touch and made a world of difference. I entered feeling already valued as a spectator. The food was of a decent quality. The drinks whilst on the penny side come with a nice souvenir Foxes cup which is a nice touch. Merch is of a decent quality and I understand they are constantly refreshing and adding to it. The team is obviously sub-par but theyāve not exactly been pushovers, they could have easily won this meeting if Batchelor (get rid btw) & Jeppesen showed up a bit earlier. A quality rider up top and a better effort from Jeppesen and this team will win its home meetings which is vital to keeping good crowd levels. Yes the track needs work; and it is always going to struggle after Stox & Bangers meetings but it isnāt far off being a good race track as was shown in the latter heats. This has made me a fan and is a better option to me as a Coventry fan than visiting and supporting Leicester. I will 100% be back. Well done Northampton. -
I bet he wishes he could have ridden against Northampton last season as he could get his 12-13 points against those so so tough Foxes. Better than the single figure scores he banks against other teams that see his average from those meetings almost identical to that with the unprofessional Brummies. Figure sans Northampton 7.18 Brummies figure 6.87. Difference due to not riding in the harder number 1 position. 0.31, inc bonus. As has been said you can tell which Musielak you get when you see which club sign him. Brummies = Witches. Dam those facts & statistics.

They should have stuck with the proposed 3 team play off to make it a little bit more competitive. 1st straight through to Final. 2nd vs 3rd in SF.
-
Wasn't he permanently replaced by Anze Grmek ? I don't think you can recall a rider you have dropped, unless dropped due to injury is treated differently to being dropped due to poor form or being the make weight in a multiple rider change.

Luckily we have all our own fence etc now. -
If you read Kemps article in SS he states he is lucky because his Championship average went up but they have reassessed on his Premiership Ave which obviously makes him fit into Workington in place of Cook. His GSA average for Workington is under 8 if you look on Website.

Harry Fletcher is a bit good isn't he?
