  1. Past hour
  2. You do realise the guy is absolutely garbage away from the place.
  3. Kind of went how most Glasgow matches have went in recent times built up a lead then throws it away. Cluff as predicted awful, Grahn better as the meeting went on, Paco should’ve been dominating that heat 14 instead was pottering about behind his team mate. The rest doe their jobs. Thought Harris was lucky to not go in Heat 1, didn’t really turn into bend 1 and ran into the side of Dan T, bit of a cop out from the ref that one. Anyway good to see our season finally kick off and hopefully most improve from here.
  4. Castagna is and was my biggest worry when he signed for the new season.Have to give him a bit of time though. If he don't improve then Kerr would be a good option, especially at home. Quite happy with Scott,he's only young like Rushen so just needs time imo.
  5. The funny thing Neila is when it is night time people tend to go to sleep. Maybe you should try it sometime 😉😁
  6. Is it really? What has changed from last week to now? Havent seen any updates on the situation announced.
  7. Did you watch it? I stood on the second bend with my dad and uncle and enjoyed it. If they’d have heavily watered the track and one of the isolated heavy showers I drove through en route half an hour before the meeting started had landed putting the meeting off with already 1000+ in the stadium that would’ve been a far bigger disaster on opening night than a bit of dust
  8. Yes Ben, sorry didn’t think about there being more t than one 🤪
  9. Today
  10. The way apb's are made, each bag has 8 fastening d rings at the rear and are held together with 6 straps . When you see bags flying into the air, I can only assume that someone hasn't been doing them all up.
  11. Think I will wait and see. Will buy my ticket once it is 100% confirmed the gates will open. Shame it has been such a dreadful mess…..communications have not been of a decent standard.
  12. You are very welcome paul, because you and your lad (and others like him) are the very reason the club is being run.
  13. Oxford speedway on 07/04: “Two entities - neither of which are us - terminated their agreement, so we’re unable to fulfil our first competitive meeting, throwing our season and entire existence into doubt before the season proper has even began. We’ll keep you posted”. Radio silence. Oxford speedway on 10/04: “Get your tickets for the next home meeting!” This isn’t just poor communication; it’s blatant disregard for the supporters of Oxford speedway. I feel sorry for Cheetahs fans who deserve better.
  14. Was not a bad meeting for the comets plenty of positives to take away, especially since it was the 1st time on track as a team, the young Dane is certainly a racer never gave up, deserved more than 2 points, were on 5-1 s twice, until Vinnie binned it in the fence after violently lifting off the 4th bend, hope Vinnie is ok and the bike isn't too badly bent, but did not look good. Then Tate went wide when on 5-1 with cookie, battled back for 3rd place. More good times to come UTC 😀🏁🔵⚪
  15. Think u need to accept comets came worse off with falls on the first bend.
  16. Jody Scott's EF whilst Redcar were on a 5 - 1 cost Redcar a bigger win.
  17. Yesterday
  18. Good result both danes looked good, vinnie after a poor first ride improved, tate tried hard which saw him fall, young jamie a little off the pace, but for the falls we could have won.the downside the first bend rut should have been noticed since the last meeting almost an hours delay saw some fans leaving.
  19. Just wondered if anyone can tell me if Nicki is racing for any clubs in 2026.Thanks
  20. The MPT doubters have gone quite, I would put my house on him putting something on his 6.1 average due to his home form been so good. Ingram looked good. Cooper Rushen looks a great prospect but may need to work on his gating. He and Cairns will probably win Poole the league, 5 or 6 point riders.
  21. Vinnies fall was nothing to do with the track. He's also on his way to hospital with a very swollen knee.
  22. I agree with this totally! If one of Harris, Kvech, Cook has an off night then I see a small Witches victory 🤷🏻‍♂️ around the 44-46/43-47 mark I know it’s easy to say but I’d have gone for Sedgmen or Kerr over Castagna and probably Mulford over Scott… but what do I know? 😂 trust the process haha
  23. 😂 Might take a mental note of your name, so as to remember not to take a single thing you ever say seriously. An outrageously woeful perspective. Truly awful.
  24. Really enjoyed that. I think a draw was a fair result. We looked dead and buried at one point, but two Harris inspired advantages in heats 12 and 13 pulled us back into it. Tonight was a free pass for Hausl and Juhl Pedersen, given it was their first encounter with Armadale (a tricky track to navigate), so it was great to see them both contribute important points in heats 11 and 14. Flint being disqualified for the wind blowing the tapes against him was definitely revenge for us “accidentally” stopping that heat with Kye Thomson half a lap ahead of Harris at Ashfield.
