I didnt watch it live, but i haven't seen a single picture yet that shows the wheel was over the line. It was obviously very tight, but not enough for an exclusion.

Zach may be back next. He’s not yet decided whether he will be dropping championship racing. Hopefully the 1 over 8 rule disappears and we have the chance to keep our 1 and 5

There was some decent racing that’s the main thing.we have put up with slick track mainly because of rider demands .IMO Even at Glasgow it’s only Bomber that can handle heavy track.!!

The only reason there was more overtaking than normal was due to the overnight rain. The sight of the grader being driven the "wrong way" round the track to move the shale from the inside to the outside speaks volumes. Poole wanted the usual slick as a badger's ar*e inside track to "race" on as they couldn't deal with anything else. And thanks heavens the track was so deep and unpredictable so that we saw some real racing by competitors who can adapt to such conditions. I enjoyed this meeting. Pity it ended with a controversy we might never hear the end of. Oh well, we're facing a long winter. Got to talk about something eh?

Should the Championships fall in line with other European Nations and ride 125cc, 190cc, 250cc/500r and 500cc classes? The 125cc/150cc classes are presently mixed and flawed beyond redemption. Many of the 150cc bikes have their seals broken and would be found oversize if used abroad. The SGP4 is specifically for 190cc bikes and are not presently used in any UK competitive racing, so how can any British riders compete without the experience of riding them?
