Apparently Kenp was using an engine borrowed from Joe Thompson!? He said on BSN that the track had to be ridden hard and fast, if you held back you were more likely to struggle on the loose surface - which happened to him when he had to take avoiding action when entering the bend hard while chasing. The track was awful.

Bus from Piccadilly bus stops £2 each way, 202,202+203 bus , stops a 5 minutes walk from the track,takes around 10/15 minutes depending on traffic and stops, buses run every 10 minutes during the day every 15 minutes in the evening. I had no problem using the bus for both days of the GP

You mentioned a gp pole but do you think other than BZ would any of the other poles have the talent/technique to get round a small track like Ipswich ? would the budget be better spent on getting someone like Becker in or Emil back.
