  1. Past hour
  2. after heat 15 at poole, if you watch it back you can see him in pain getting off the bike
  3. What a farce speedway will never lose its Micky mouse image. Wonder if the roles we reversed the ref would have made the same decision .The whole thing as left speedway looking very second rate and not looking like a professional sport . Just my opinion
  4. Finally the team that finished top of the league at the end of the season are going to be crowned the champions.Belle Vue have been the most consistent team the whole season.Well done.
  5. That's really annoying, it was an excellent source. Hopefully it comes back at some stage.
  6. Anybody know how many seats there are in the North Grandstand in total? Looks as if there are only a dozen or so left for sale. Must say I'm suprised but delighted. Can't help feeling Rob's point that we should have ridden the home leg against Ipswich first was spot on. Think more would have attended not knowing the likely outcome.
  7. Today
  8. Dan Thompson from what I heard.
  9. Dan Thompson from what I heard.
  10. I'm still trying to find where this is defined as a written rule. Having revisited the SCB regulations I note that in section 05.1.4 it states - on the track surface clearly marked lines, chalk is acceptable, are required: a) a continuous line to define the inner edge of the track circuit. The following paragraph then refers to the markings on the infield. If its on the track surface then surely it's part of the track and thus, if any part of the tyre is on the line, it's still on the track.
  11. Yesterday
  12. I'm sure they are both in the 20 odd riders that Glasgow have 100% definitely signed for next year per this forum! Seriously though, I expect both to be back at Glasgow next year. Flint has been improving year on year (ignoring the playoff at Scunthorpe, before someone else pipes up with that comment). Bomber is still box office entertainment round Ashfield. He was slightly below par at times last year, and is now under 8 with his Brit reduction, so Tigers can keep both even if the 8 point rule stays.
  13. Rumour seems to be that Eastbourne would ride in the Premiership if a deal is reached. Given the new rules on u21 riders rule there is a good chance Vinnie Foord could ride for the Eagles and a Champ team in 2027 (and possibly an NDL team as well)
  14. A chance to meet the Cup-Winners and touch the trophy -- everyone is welcome this Saturday night in the Black & Gold, 7 for 7.30. Rider interviews by Greg Blair, music later from Steve Hayward. Admission free, but donations towards Jack Smith's hip operation will be accepted the door. An End of Term Party to end the best of terms!
  15. The rules definitely need clarified. BUT, if the white line was a kerb then the track would end at the outer edge of the kerb, so therefore if the kerb was a white line the track should end at the outer edge of the white line to keep everything the same! Just a thought!
  16. Neither of those two from what I’ve heard
  17. But on the other hand myself and several more are coming over from worky now it's on Saturday, would not have made Friday due to watching belle Vue on BSN 😄🔵⚪🏁
  18. I’ve just read Jamie Swales heartfelt plea for people to attend this Saturdays Silver Helmet , now to be honest I like most Redcar fans thought the BSN final against Poole was the last meeting particularly as the silver helmet hasn’t ran for a couple of years now. It sounds like it’s been really difficult to get riders interested and except for Doyle , Klindt and Harris the rest of the line up sounds mediocre to be say the least , nevertheless if it had stayed on the Friday I and many others would have attended , however now it’s a Saturday I can’t due to pre- arranged plans ( and I’m gutted to miss Doyle) but if this meeting can jeopardise the club financially I would have left it. I hope people do attend and it’s a success however.
  19. The way other are talking Either Flint or Harris could be available.🤔

  21. Neila is obsessed with Poole, any chance to put the boot in and he's on it
  22. Sam definitely back at Oxford, think the fans will like the upcoming rider announcement
  23. I said the same thing to my lad earlier... With the two victories in the fastest two times of the night!!!
