Neither do i. Way to expensive, just to win a cup. And to late for top 4.

Thought Jake had been taken ill at the Glasgow meeting because he pulled up in his first race. But I could be mistaken . -
What others? Do you mean like Glasgow? Oh wait who got the BP again? Or do you mean Edinburgh? Oh no, try again? What about Scunny? Oh wait. How about if KL can win on aggregate against Ipswich, everyone can. Apart from you know it doesn't work like that! Well done to Worky for getting BP, good to see a close meeting for a change š

Very poor fixture Planning.Im sure that Event would be on FIM fixtures.Considering the make up of Tigers& Bandits it would have been obvious that certain riders would have been in contention for places( probably thought GB wouldnāt make Final).Takes the gloss of what is normally a looked forward too fixture from both sets of fans.Thats Speedway. -

Good question. Unless I've missed it, there appears to be nothing on BSPL or Oxford's website to confirm the change. Wonder if is still to be approved.

Huge difference between true FIM events (ie, World Championships) and those under the banner of FIM Europe, which are in the main a growing series of events organised for Polish TV. -

Why has this been allowed, Oxford have completed 75% of their fixtures ? Rule (010.3.1) says No team changes will be allowed once that team has completed 75% of their fixtures in the following competitions:- * Premiership League * Championship League & BSN Series combined Except riders returning to the team after injury.

Is It Finally Time For One League?
The White Knight replied to TheSmiler's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
The Riders have to ride tthe Bikes on the Tracks provided. The only Track that I can see that is fit for purpose is the NSS. The bikes are far too fast to race on Tracks more fitted to upright engines than these 'lay downs' that they ride these days. Yes, even JAPs were in my opinion safer. The top speeds on these bikes were fast enough for the Sport. To be honest, I thought the racing was better too. I know people will talk about progress - but - only when it benefits Speedway, but to my mind these four-valve never did. I know that I am getting on in years, and unable to attend, but to me Speedway has regressed, not progressed over the years since the 60's, and 70's. If there is a case to be made for too much progress - then this is it. Oh!!! I preferred the 'one off' World Final to the current day GP's too, though I doubt that will surprise anyone on here. To me, the 60's and early 70's were the Golden Age of Speedway. -

Allied sponsor Glasgow so you'd expect, f they were to use any influence at all, it would be to get Leon and Dan excused from going to France that well known hotbed of speedway finals.
