Glasgow Tigers Vs Poole Pirates 21st August
Bagpuss replied to Bitza's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I presume its the Euro U24 Team Final (Sat in Poland) but Flint and Cairns are also in it. - Today
-
Rather strange this. Tom wasn't in Holsted's squad at the start of this season and isn't now. As far as I can see he rode once for them on 29th July
-
Around Poole I’d agree with Cairns, I think you could make a case for any team, Pickering capable of going unbeaten, it’s just whether Harrison can back him up
-
Put Cairns and Rushen in and you would still be favourites

You definitely are a very special person Im trying to work out if you are under 12 or just mentally not right For the record for about the 20th time …… Never complained about Lawsons scoring Only complained about his commitment and team playing ability Now run along good boy -

Fancy an away win coming.Pity Rushen missing what’s the reason? -
A new charge against the company with Ashen Capital was recently logged. I would be surprised if Osborne hasn't laid foundations for the next attempt to redevelop the Abbey. As before, they'll be the only foundations that will get laid!

Glasgow Tigers Vs Poole Pirates 21st August
Bitza posted a topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Likely to be a crucial match in determining who tops the League. Glasgow use two guests Anders Rowe in for Kyle Howarth and Anze Grmek for Mario Hausi. While Poole use rider replacement for Cooper Rushen. It's a great track for competitive racing, ought to be a fantastic night. But who will win on the night. Poole won 55-35 in the reverse fixture, so who gets the bonus point? -
Osborne made several changes to hus businesses in recent times. GI has passed to his wife. Time will tell what her intentions are.

BREAKING NEWS Poole Pirates have announced that the new "Pirate Creche" will be opening on this evening for the first time. Apparently the younger supporters like to bring great great grandchildren a rider has block booked slots for all future Home Meetings. -

Genuinely an appealing looking line-up in its current guise. Obviously Nicholls looks unlikely to feature but IF the others all attended it could produce a strong show for anyone willing to travel on a Wednesday night however i suspect the big book of excuses will be rolled out once again and what could be a spectacular night will just turn into a shambles. -
Friday 21st August: Edinburgh Monarchs v Berwick Bandits (Championship, Armadale, 7:30pm). ROSS ECO TECHNOLOGIES MONARCHS: Dan Thompson, Jonatan Grahn, Justin Sedgmen, Paco Castagna (capt.), Kye Thomson, Mitch Cluff, Ben Whalley. BERWICK R.E.D. BANDITS: Peter Kildemand, Jye Etheridge, Victor Palovaara, Dayle Wood, Nick Morris, Jack Smith, Reid Battye. Important match for both teams. Dan and Nick both down to ride at the moment, but both missing tonight for Leicester, so there must be some doubt that they will make it. Ben Whalley guests for Jordy, and for Berwick Dayle Wood guests for Jordan Jenkins. A close home win for me.

A strong line up announced for the pairs, with Lawson and Zach we and being at home we are certainly favourites but every team has chance with it all coming down to a one of heat

The parent company of Gaming International is called Toklon and the transfer of control of this company from Clarke to Susan Thomas and Eloise Osbourne was registered yesterday. There has previously been a substantial amount of debt noted in the group of companies which largely seems to have been satisfied. As at the end of June last year, the total assets of the group were a meagre £44k

I thought this was going to be covered by BSN but apparently not. The Poole live stream will be doing it. -

I wouldn't mind betting there will be a minimum of 5 changes to that line-up! Watch this space....... -
Not sure really , Redcar always do well at Workington and have won there for the past three occasions I believe but Workington usually keep it close at Redcar only going down 46-44 in July. I think our best chance would be at Scunthorpe but it will not be easy....interesting few days ahead.

So where does this leave swindon speedway? who will the stadium pass to? what happens to Gaming International?

So can Workington gain at least two points from their last three matches and avoid the wooden spoon? Nine points up for grabs, Plymouth & Scunthorpe away, and Redcar at home. Where's the most like place to get those two points?
