  1. Past hour
  2. Dreadful performance, Couldent get out of the gate, it wouldent of mattered but no tac sub ride. Jeppesen rubbish, got a better score for Berwick. Sack Adams, I pity anybody next season who gets involved with Tolly, Rogers and Adams havent a clue. Two to home meeting to go thankfully and bye bye Brummies, bloody awful season to finnish on. Glad Ive only got to drag myself to two more meeting, really regretting buying a season ticket. To the sheffield supporter who is looking forward to getting Musielak in your team, good luck with that, the bloke is an asshole.
  3. The big question this morning ! Forget the fantastic racing at times last evening. What will the SCB do about Mr Nicholls ? They might be asking questions to the referee and the Clerk of the course and maybe Phil Morris as well.
  4. Love watching Bewley fly around the NSS but surely somewhere in the Belle Vue camp there was a mix up or lack of information After heat 15 Bewley clearly thought the meeting was over … was he not aware of the score? Then in the superheat Bewley just cleared off … not once did he look back to see if Kurtz was there …. He could have slowed up and even if Emil got past he could have helped Kurtz with Doyle … was he unaware of the scoring system? Also think Belle Vue got the gates wrong in heat 15… Kurtz wasn’t gating that well and to put him off gate 3 which was the worst gate was a mistake I think
  5. I agree Doyle isn’t what he was but what a rider he has been for us at Ipswich and he has given everything to British speedway as well …. Other fans might not like him but he has rode over here every season and never given anything less than 110% And chances are if he hadn’t have been injured and missed GP’s and rode injured he would probably be in about 8th place in the GP right now so that’s not to be sniffed at He just doesnt have the speed at the moment on big fast tracks

  7. Wednesday’s match line-ups Lejonen v Piraterna Lejonen 1 Chmiel 2 Przyjemski 3 Woryna 4 Zmarzlik 5 Berntzon 6 Henriksson 7 S Van Dyck Piraterna 1 Paluch 2 Kostigovs 3 Lyager 4 Kolodinskis 5 Prem Pawlicki 6 Selvin 7 Tornblom
  8. A great result for Ipswich, but to be honest it should never have gone to a super heat. This Ipswich team is fantastic & I wouldn’t swap anyone out currently but boy do we make hard work of things. Lynns recent results show how poor we were against them in the cup & it’s those kind of Ipswich performances that worry me come the play offs
  9. He was probably the only one who wanted to ride. Most of the test of them are a complete waste of time.
  10. I would agree 100% he has his eyes on the prize ! Do think that we are also seeing the decline of Doyle as the imposing rider he has been ,injury age are something no rider can evade forever
  11. Today
  12. Dan T proved by beating Kurtz that if you go wide and keep your speed it’s difficult to pass Your track is the best in the Uk and the odd race last night showed that namely heat 13 Ultimately your team at the bottom is too weak ….. Zach Cook was flying at home but when he comes to Foxhall he struggles as do the bottom 3. I still think Kurtz is an issue for you guys he wasn’t himself last night maybe he is holding back a bit and you can’t blame him Kurtz from earlier in the season would have passed Dan T and Doyle I think Having said that Doyle knew exactly where to put his bike in the super heat …
  13. Brennan went in too hard and missed the corner and scrubbed off his speed and didn’t ride the bend well The outside line was clearly the place to be … Bewley and Emil proved that they rode about an inch from the fence
  14. But if Lidsey rode it’s unlikely you would have used Kurtz in heat 7 and get 3 points …. Lidsey would have scored in heats 3 and 5 no doubt so although Ipswich would have been ahead you probably couldn’t have used a tac sub in heat 7
  15. But Gavan assured everyone that you have to be wide as that is the only line😉
  16. Yesterday
  17. Really good meeting, great fight back but Blodorn and the reserves will see us exit the play offs at the semi final stage whoever we get, no sign of the massive home advantage 😉
  18. Plymouth are dammed If they do and dammed if they dont. There are not enough number one riders out there so they get one who was not riding in the league and originally was free and able to ride all of the meetings. Poland come in and chuck a load of money at someone of course they will take it as a rider but why is that Plymouth cheating? If Plymouth were really wanting to gain an advantage surely they would say he is withholding his services and they get to use a rider up to his points as apposed to a reduced points. Oh and it’s seems Plymouth fans are really enjoying it this year as an FYI crowds seem to be doing really well, the team is full of real triers, the meeting is an event as apposed to just racing, the announcers do a good job of entertaining, kids get involved with races. Theres a lot of good going on at Plymouth and to be honest if they win home meetings I don’t think many really care if it’s with or without klindt (in a nice way to klindt). I am looking forward to facing Poole this week. Obviously poole have a great team but the way Plymouth have been riding lately with the new team I think it could prove to be some really good meetings. instead of constantly preaching negativity on this forum why don’t you actually try and big up the sport ? sooner rather later the sport will be gone and the amount of negativity and constant swipes at teams on social media and internet will have an effect and it does effect people. for what it’s worth plymouths been great this year and the paying public will tell you that (a lot who are not on here) as there seems to be a new wave of crowds coming to Plymouth.
  19. Barring injuries, Glasgow, with the addition of Nagel & their reserves no longer points fodder for their opponents, should win all three competitions by the end of the Season.
  20. I very nearly stopped off on the way home from work, think I heard heat 2 as I passed. Trouble is time is running out to watch a dreadful team get battered every week.
