  1. Past hour
  2. Hopefully Northampton can get you a grader soon and not just the blade that you have...
  3. Nice to hear the so called big clubs can't always buy success by splashing the cash. Well done Berwick and jj
  4. Current table 1st Torun M 7 points 15.5 2nd Czestochowa M 6 points 13 3rd Zielona Gora M 6 points 10.5 4th Lublin M 6 points 10.5 5th Leszno M 7 points 9.5 6th Wroclaw M 6 points 9 7th Gorzow M 7 points 6.5 8th Grudziadz M 7 points 3.5
  5. He is certainly an improvement on the rider he is replacing which is the point of signing him is it not,he was signed as a reserve replacement he has done the job.No disrespect to Lasse but he has not been great and when he misses meetings it is hard to cover him.Plus JJ seems to cope with Shielfield very well.
  6. Tonight’s result from Czestochowa Czestochowa 2.5 Wroclaw 2.5 Zielona Gora 0.5 Gorzow 0.5
  7. To be fair, to me, I wasn't aware that it was you who was doing the track at Northampton... I've asked questions of promotions in the past and not received so much as a courtesy of a reply, so forgive me if I've lost a little confidence. As for the way I come across, I apologise for my sometimes sledgehammer like delivery, I'd love to have the time to fluff it all up a bit, but I do like to get straight to the point.
  8. Today
  9. https://ipswichwitches.co/witches-season-ticket-holders-entered-into-free-draw-to-win-leicester-ko-cup-final-tickets/ This is something new, and again, I like it.
  10. It's the way you come across with what you say, quote tracks the worst its been, actually it wasnt, I have said it on this forum many times,I would rather someone ask a genuine question as to why something was like it was on a particular night. That way you will get the best answers. I believe now we have a general agreement on how the starts will be prepared, also on how the track will be set up. It's nearly impossible to have it exactly the same every week. So many factors involved that can change it, many beyond our control, eg, weather, even a few degrees difference in temperature. This is an open invite to anyone who has genuine questions to msg on here,or see me at a track.
  11. Revived maybe a bit extreme, he’s only had a few good meetings early days yet.
  12. Ive already written it either here or another Redcar thread. Wright and Klindt cannot ride in the same team and it will be a straight swap at 1 once Charles is ready to return. (Next week)
  13. Send the bucket round on Saturday and let’s get JJ a set of black and gold kevlars made.
  14. Mate, for one who in your PM said that I was "just shouting on forums", you've pretty much pointed out exactly what I have pointed out 🤷‍♂️ Look, nobody on here is pointing the finger at or calling out any of the individuals who work so hard to put Speedway meetings on, it's greatly appreciated by all of us I'm sure of that. As is so often the case in Speedway (and many walks of life) it's down to management, organisation and contingency... why for example have they failed to start a single meeting on time so far this season? Why are we nearly in July and the sponsorship boards are still not in place? (one of the league sponsors literally does this stuff https://mediaco.co.uk/) Why is the track not being prepared consistently? Why are different people asking for different things regarding track prep? Why is this happening in during league and cup meetings and not on a "track day"? Where is Phil Morris, who did such a lot of good work over the last couple of years that seems to be being reversed on an almost weekly basis? Anyway, thanks for coming back to everybody with some reasoned explanations after you'd calmed down and thank you for the work that you do 👍
  15. I appreciate this but it costs nothing to be kind As big a part of the club you and the rest of the supporters club are and as much you do, it probably wouldn’t go amiss with lasse to be a little appreciative. What happened to once a bandit always a Bandit? I do believe he tried his best.
  16. IMO Lambert is better than Fredriksen & is doing an acceptable job at no 3. Biggest question mark at the moment is what to do with Wright & Klindt? If Fredriksen replacing Lambert left enough space for Wright & Klindt, I'd do it in a heartbeat, but that's not the case.
  17. He's always too busy on the telly to go to the gigs
  18. Why not ride pillion with Martin Lewis on his motorbike.
  19. Thanks for the detailed honest resoonse.. All you need to do for next week is prepare a track that let's Brady Kurtz win his first four races from the back... And has him then just failing to pass Jaimon Lidsey on the line in Ht15, as Jaimon secures a 46-44 victory for the Foxes... Shouldn't be too difficult to do that should it??... We'll leave it with you...
  20. Despite a very very good offer from "elsewhere" JJ chose to stick with the club where he has revived his career......
  21. If you're over 60 and have or buy a railcard, you shouldl save more than the card costs, with the rest of the 12 months to save more if you decide to use the train again. Same discounts with Two Together and friends and family cards. The Trainpal App generally gives you a discount on the cost of the card so you get it for £27 approx instead of £35 for a year. Plus it gives you an additional 5% off your first booking. Moneysupermarket is the place to look for the discount codes. This week i'm going to London for £13 return, next week i have another trip to London booked for £7.85 return. Standard return price without a railcard is £37. I also got an Oystercard as I go to London fairly often, I've linked the railcard and oystercard so I get 1/3 discount on off peak public transport in London.
  22. The Northampton track has been prepared in 4 different ways so far, 1st meeting it was prepped, but had 2 hours practice on it, so not much we can do after, that. 2nd meeting we were asked to make it grippy, we did and they didnt like it. Different again for the 3rd meeting, it was better! 4th meeting similar, not bad. 5th meeting not enough water in early enough admittedly, but could of been controlled. Starts have been Different every meeting, on request, It's all experimental, to try and find the best possible track. It will happen,
  23. It is not as Jenkins remains with you as a Bandit
  24. Since the reopening Oxford have held home meetings on each day of the week.
