Who's going to pay £100+ to sit in that contraption of a "grandstand" on the home straight though? Or anywhere for that matter?

Very, very true... Unsolicited feedback, especially poor feedback, can be "Gold" to a business... When the criticism is databased, (so factual), and also carries some constructive comments, then even better...

I dont like the idea of dropping anyone just because craig is not playing ball.

Workington v Oxford 13/06/26 3pm Championship.

I've seen GP riders racing in heat 8 against "rising stars" many times. It's kinda a half hearted effort to protect that heat anyway, which is pretty pointless to me. In the Champ clubs can put a stronger reserve at 7 so he gets a protected heat, but a weaker reserve at 6 getting harder rides. Even it the weaker reserve is at 7, he can be dropped from heat 8. Also the second highest averaged rider could ride at 2, a fully fit & on form Craig Cook could ride at 2 if Workington so desired! If the top 2 had to ride at 1&5 & the weakest reserve at 7 (not being allowed to be replaced in heat 8, like in the Prem) then yes make heat 8 a protected heat by all means. -
Get Saul Goodman. He’s even better

Claus Vissing & Jacob Hook would fit in place of Cook & Jacobsen. Currently think the team looks quite weak with Foord in the top 5. Dropping Jakobsen with the promise of a spot next year (on a 3.00 average) could work?

i really dont understand how teams can run r/r at no2 heats 2 and 8 are supposed to be protected so cant replace no2 if the rider thats at 2 is out should always move a rider to the number 2 position or be made to run 2 reserves in ht 8 -
10,000 versus NSS 6,500

Agreed you would think that would be part of their plan when they took over, how much can Ipswich stadium hold ? I can remember going on bank hol mondays in the late 90's when Lynn were visiting and they would regularly get north of 5k turn up.

Mostly gossip rumour and opinions on the BSF but if businesses ignore the public ....

I’d expect mayfield to look to hold a GP at foxhall next year. Has a bigger capacity than the NSS

Next year will be the acid test. They will need to to back up their words with a couple of top riders. Will they try and persuade Emil & Jason to return if not they need to go down that sort of route. It does all feel a bit flat this year no real spark to ignite it. They also need to work on a new presentation team for 27. -
A £100k net minus v last years' numbers from moment one.... 5,000 extra punters needed to pull that back, just to "stand still"... And not too many meetings to do it in either...
