Problems with SGP
Gambo95 replied to PolskiZuzel's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Maybe 4 years of missing out on racing at the top level (and missing out on the extra sponsorship) would have something to do with your point. Jack Holder and Dan Bewley got into the championship when they were kicked out. -

Problems with SGP
Ghostwalker replied to PolskiZuzel's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
They did but stopped well before DSc took over the rights? Why? Could it be the same reason that DSc are unable to host round in Australia? The cost of arrangibg a round in Australia or South America is very high compared to lets say the German GP. Everyone and everything will have to be transported by airplane and/or by ship, and someone will have to pay for it (it won't be Dsc). This leaves a local club or promoter who are unwilling or unable to pay what it xosts, especially since the financial gain are to be higher than the cost . -

Good effort by Plymouth to get so close, but now it's a fight with Scunthorpe to avoid the wooden spoon. I wonder if things would've been different if Klindt could be bothered to ride at home? -
Think you are reading too much into that. Riding at No.2 is the obvious position to slot him into after his injury.
-
big win for Glasgow, but some good close racing.
- Today
-
good old days when you could ride the day after you had been knocked unconscious. 😁
-
I always found I rode better when carrying an injury, think it was the distraction of the injury that took the mind off the pressure of the racing

I see Plymouth included an insert with the correct riders for todays meeting, credit to them for that. -
Giving free tickets to a canny Scotsman and not expecting them to use it themselves is a huge risk 😂😂
-
done well to get up from that

Well we didn’t half throw that away, bonus point a small consolation imo. Had to kill that meeting off and we done the opposite. A very non Victor performance, sedgy on the road the last two meetings have been disappointing and the usual from the usual. Positive young Jordy coming on leaps and bounds great to see. -

Well I have had a gale of gusts before, but Plymouth now have a hurricane of gusts. I knew Ben Barker injured a shoulder but he has ridden since. Klindt doesnt turn up for Plymouth only KL, what's the other problems ?? Even Redcar have a gust , the ever inconsistent Lou Kerr, who is he replacing. -
oxford not so.
