Nope, not to the fans.

There may be logic in someone's eyes, as I noted, I'm all for building suspense, but at the moment the narrative is being led by others, rather than the club, with no input/announcements from the club. For example; Hooky has announced he isn't returning; Comets haven't announced anything, and haven't even had the good graces to thank him publicly for last year. Same with Jye. Whether individual fans, like, love, or loath previous years riders, the optics and publicity from a club could be soooo much better, rather than complete radio silence.

Pickering looked so childish & unprofessional there. Wouldn't have been surprised if Leszno didn't pick him again.

Received the SS calendar I ordered as a Christmas present. Not a bad calendar, but I do have to ask: why is July a grasstrack image? Aside from the fact that I ordered a speedway calendar, was there nowhere else to put grasstrack than a peak summer speedway month like July?

I received a totally unprecedented 2 Speedway Stars on Friday: w / 6 Dec at 8:00am then w / e 13 Dec at 2pm, so HA ! 😁 Just awaiting current issue, w / e 20th Dec....

Not just a top a rider though, just zmarzlik, he is the exception the others are no more enticing than riders like Vinny foord, speedway for me is about the team not the individual, my team, my club my affiliation and I want to see different teams come to my club not the same team every few weeks, sadly I don’t have a team anymore so I struggle to get motivated to follow the league structure but seeing different teams at least gives me interest but a 5 team league is just not appealing

I bet you would also believe pigs could fly.

While there's a risk of signing Cook & him not starting the season, how about Workington getting Drew Kemp to agree to be back up (assuming he's not looking for a Champ spot) he may be willing to ride for a few weeks till they got things sorted out?
-
He certainly owes me nothing as I don't support Ipswich A sports club is not a normal business, if you think it can be closed down without explanation then fair enough Imagine if that were Ipswich Town for example
-
Based on his average I can understand why clubs are after Morris, if I was a Birmingham or Leicester fan probably wouldn't want him back. Incidentally has Morris ever explained why he didn't take the drugs/alcohol test or apologised to the people he let down?
-
Has a bit of a loose jaw, does Josh!
-
And let’s not forget Brady’s incredible foresight to save himself of the GP by riding sh**% in the KO cup back in March.
-
With many of the same being those who questioned the Aces fans for supporting Brady Kurtz by not calling out his play off final performance in the 2nd leg of the final, but instead, the Aces fans said he was right to put his focus on the GP taking place 48 hours later..... I think what Ipswich and Sheffield have both shown is that selling a Speedway club isn't an easy thing to do in the current state, and trajectory of the sport...

But being an intelligent young lad, unlike some supporters, he will learn and grow from the experience no matter if he struggles or thrives. When i read posts like yours it makes it so easy to see why so many young British riders quit so early.
-
Surely people in the inner circle must know what's happening?
-
He has done so much for speedway, especially in Ipswich. He owes nothing to you or anyone else!
-
Great thanks for that!

King's Lynn Stars 2026
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv replied to TTT's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Well I had set aside an hour to go through the deluge of posts you would expect after the big first signing announcement Now I've read all 3 and have a spare 59 minutes -
Sorry I misunderstood the topic but it'll be good to see Josh flying around the bends at scunny as I'll be having a couple of trips down from the TOON
-
He is the not just the owner of the company but the custodian of a sports club with thousands of fans. He owes them an explanation at some point but presumably he'll wait and see how the various possibilities pan out before he does that which is fair enough
-
There maybe some logic in the staggered release. All in good time id say.
-
This weeks Speedway Star suggests that Doyle is restricted to the Polish league and 2 other leagues in 2026 (Polish league and 1 other league in 2027) Hasn't he already signed in Sweden and Denmark?

Who would you sign if BB retired?

Racking bonus points up robs the system of a true average. Clever was of maintaining the longevity of your career by tucking in behind your team mate
