Leicester vs Oxford PL R2 11/08/25 19:30
Teromaafan replied to IainB's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Take your point, it shouldn’t take six rides to the decide that the injury is still an issue. At this point if I were the team manager (which I’m not), I’d be gearing up for the continued use of R/R in the play offs. In the meantime, I would look to use guests to see out the regular season to avoid unnecessary pressure on other riders having to take extra rides. -
I was impressed with the fantastic work by Ben. Love him or hate him, he was everywhere for his team.

People always say that especially saddlebow road, maybe its because his team hasnt won anything for such a long time. Expectations are always high at Poole and when we lose in the way we did it hurts. -

Entitled to what exactly? Used to winning? - definitely, and disappointed when Poole lose in the way they have? Absolutely. -

That's 5. -
Sorry to read that Kevin Boothby is unwell and wish him all the best on his road to recovery. As regards the Oxford Stadium situation, after the massive effort from all concerned in making the reopening of Oxford, the success that it undoubtedly has been, it would be gutting for all involved if any of those various rumours had any foundation. Only time will tell, of course.

Because he’s not good enough. When you’re going from Harris, Kvech and Klindt all at reserve consistently scoring 10+, Kerr is just not in the same conversation. The opportunity was there to get Ellis or D Thompson in as guest who would’ve added some firepower to reserve. It just makes me laugh how Rob says he wants the team to win every remaining fixture, however the promotion haven’t got out of their way to secure a guest to contribute to that. Kerr will score 4(4) tomorrow - 2, 0, 1, 2 -

Anything to just acknowledge that that "display" was beyond dismal. To say nothing was contemptible. - Today

Richard Lawson doubles up and has been a brilliant leader. Doesn’t seem to privatise either league. Just excellent all round professional. -
