Would result in a fairer League that see's something like.... BV - Kurtz & Lidsey IPS - Bewley/Doyle + Musielak KL - Fricke/Douglas + Kvech LEI - Fricke/Douglas + Masters NOR - Bewley/Doyle + Lawson SHE - J. Holder & Pickering

Sheffield v Leicester- 25th June

But Leicester aren't in the Prem to "get the kids in" that's what the NL is for, they should pick the best riders for the Prem. -
The new promotion need to get some of the fun elements back into the meetings. With Kevin and the late John Earey there was always interaction with the crowd and banter with the riders. I used to love Kevin's poems and still remember John Earey getting fined by the referee for delaying the meeting whilst he picked up Mars bars that were thrown to him, off the track. With Foz its all got so boring, has Foz ever cracked a joke or made a witticism in his life? On a positive note, last night it was good to see most of the riders do a lap of honour round the stock car track when they won a race, this should be the norm. How about having some flags with the new logo on that they can wave as they go round, smaller ones could be sold in the track shop for the crowd.

Ipswich v Belle Vue 25th June

The truth is that modern super-tuned finely-balanced machinery has ruined tacks like Ipswich. The rapid pick-up when the throttle is opened, plus the unpredictability on other than perfect surfaces makes them far less suitable on smaller tracks. The behaviour of these machines is resulting in more high-speed crashes (Jack Holder’s is a prime example) - previously that would only happen if the throttle jammed open. The riders are to blame for that incessant need to “improve”, yet all they’ve done is increased costs for everyone. -

I don't care what the other promoters think. It's about they had it up them!

Of course it won't, and that's the point... Such a deterrent would stop so much nonsense being accepted... Similar to one point each and no rearrangement for called off meetings... That would ensure far more meetings that currently get called off would take place.. The nonsense has to stop... - Today

What is this new fangled sorcery that you speak of?.. Easy to see why they call themselves Witches!!!

Handing facilities out willy nilly is hardly going to stop clubs from arranging fixtures when they know their riders are going to be away... you can continue to go and watch the charade if you like, I kept my ÂŁ25 in my wallet last night, the first time I've done so with the Lions visiting Sheffield since they stepped back up into the top flight. -
Comfy bears win. As we will take a hammering at reserve.

Glasgow vs Poole 26/6/26

How would guests work if Edinburgh have to race at home, while racing at Glasgow, Scunthorpe or Redcar? 2 home & 2 away, would work if 1) they got rid of the play-offs, so no rush to complete fixtures before a cut-off date 2) clubs agreed to race on off race nights, but they'll get lower crowds 3) riders agreed to put British speedway before Poland / Denmark, making it easier to rearrange fixtures none of these will happen though! -

Same as Bomber has said, perhaps it needs to be 2 home and 2 away, get rid of the BSN series. At the end of the day, as long as Poland continue to dictate, it's only going to get worse, they have even added Thursday night to there calendar -

Not really, Berwick are still in everything and last Saturday was the first home meeting for six weeks. Its a disjointed and disorganised calendar at the best of times and then these days at the first sight of a bad forecast every meeting is called off, Berwick could’ve ran at least 2 of the meetings during that time that they postponed. -
Have you heard that?

That's the problem with going out of all the cup competitions -
Already a done deal isn’t it?
