topaz325 1,861 Posted August 3, 2017 After last Saturday nights thrilling win over Glasgow Workington will be looking for a more comfortable victory over Scunthorpe if possible. Workington should be at full strength but there may be a doubt over James Sarjeant?
Midget 162 Posted August 3, 2017 Here's hoping sarjent ain't riding so we can get some one half decent in as a guest, don't go bust on tape bills an we all get home at a decent time

comet49 316 Posted August 3, 2017 James scored 8 riding for Coventry Select along with Adam Roynon who also scored 8. Touch wood, he didn't break the tapes in his last appearance at DP scoring 6 from 5.

Lord Lucan 375 Posted August 4, 2017 What ever possessed workington to signed James sarjent I'll never know. One thing k do know though is it well an turkey stuffed our season up doing it. No, what's stuffed our season up is our regular inability to ride as many meetings as everyone else, lightweight first four months then under pressure for the last three?

StevePark 2,799 Posted August 5, 2017 Copied and pasted from the Workington Facebook page: Late on Thursday night Rob Shuttleworth informed us he was stopping riding in the SGB Championship with immediate effect. He stated that it was unaffordable for him to continue and despite many attempts to contact him to discuss the situation and offer solutions he does not wish to return the calls. Due to the team line up deadline passing we cannot replace Rob in our line up so will be using guest riders for the remainder of the season. Buxton's Tom Woolley will take the number 7 jacket tonight against Scunthorpe.
