scaramanga 904 Posted September 28, 2017 It is a disgrace the way if the last three home fixtures had/do go ahead we find ourselves in the same situation, I for one hope this meeting is also rained off or whatever it takes to get either Robert or suitable replacement for him! every one knew what comes along with super stars like robert lambert im affraid anyone who signs the like of him and the jack holders is going to have to run some meetings without them

More bull in my opinion coming out of the sport!
erniew 163 Posted September 28, 2017 Our meeting is a re-arranged fixture, but the Polish meeting is a promotion/relegation affair so can no way be classed as a regular or scheduled fixture. So why isn't Lambert riding in England?

So why isn't Lambert riding in England? Unfortunately it is in the polish fixture list from day 1 that the promotion/relegation play-offs will be on these dates. it's just the teams involved that are undecided. Similarly the Premiership playoffs would take priority over any rearranged polish fixture as they were in the fixture list (for the telly) originally. erniew 163 Posted September 28, 2017 (edited) Thanks Leander, It was posted tongue in cheek! I was just using it to highlight how stupid speedway can be. Edited September 28, 2017 by diamond ernie

He wasn`t completely right however because no Premiership fixtures- play-off or not take preference over ANY polish match re-arranged or not. sparks123 149 Posted September 29, 2017 Won't be allowed a guest as it's not a FIM meetingWhy not say he is withholding his services so he gets a 28 day ban and you can then have a guest. Is that not the best solution or is he racing for Newcastle in the pairs?
