Totally agree.I think once riders choose not to be a rising star,that's it you can't just jump in and out as a rising star when you please.Just imagine the uproar if you had another Lambert come through and chose the same route as Rowe has.Think Lambert attained a near 5.5 average after his first season.Then to use him as a rising star the following season would have been wrong.
