But wouldn't he come in on an average of over 11. (See rules set out in 10.2.1). You use most recent established MA, which is 2019 Prem (times 1.5) and NOT 2018 CL average.

That would surely be prohibitive.

Sounds very complicated

Av u seen rule 10.2.1.abc.xyz x 90degrees now that really got me on the edge of me seat 

No point avin a rule book, the league needs riders so who cares wot it says. We are seeing rules being changed to suit the current need

It’s the hidden rule that  causes most of the trouble “ in the best interest of the sport “ can be used as a wildcard at any time.
