Moment of the night was Danny King after winning heat 15 coming round the stock car track and blowing a kiss to the lady near to us who constantly shouts abuse at him each week…. He looked fast last night and was passing so good to see him hopefully have an upturn in form

Is that the lady sits top couple of rows between bends 1 and 2? She was horrific at the meeting I saw against Lynn

If she is the short fat ugly lady that looks like a baboons behind,,, think that's my twin sister. Wonky hair and curly teeth.

Once upon a time she used to be my identical twin brother

BSPL Events do have separate pay rates for sure, and usually they are pretty pitiful. Last years Prem Pairs events had some reasonable prize money. I know the winners of each event got £4K split between the three of them in whatever proportion they agreed between themselves. I don't know exactly how it reduced down for 2nd. 3rd etc but it would be reasonable to suggest it halves as a pot for each rung down the ladder.

I don't know the prize pot for this years event, but certainly last year, if you didn't finish in the top 2 and make the final, the event was costing you money big time.

My goodness me, that's seen as reasonable??

British Speedway really is in the s#!t

The performance  last night was done to one thing.... the track prep.

That was a Foxhall track and you could see how the riders enjoyed it. Long may that surface / prep continue. If it does we will be there or there abouts come end of season.

However the racing has been much better this season and was dire last night. I know the opposition was not the strongest.

The reason the Witches won is because I wasn't there, I am a curse - 3 meetings this season 2 at Foxhall - Witches have lost both - 1 at Owlerton last night and the Tigers lost - any away teams want me as a fan?? I seem to guarantee a home defeat!

How is he being selfish, I'm sure he's trying his best. Peterborough can replace him if they can find anyone stronger, it's not Hans job to retire / quit if he doesn't want to!

By not stepping down from the team when he's not competitive anymore.

I still maintain my point, Hans isn't being "selfish" the team could just as quickly drop him rather than waiting for him to quit. Him wanting to stay on doesn't stop the team from dropping him to try & improve!
