Tigers to win 63-27 and the Glasgow faithful to claim it was a great meeting!

More chance of the Hubble telescope spotting Elvis riding Shergar on Mars than Poole not reaching 29 points before heat 10 at Ashfield . Probably be the smallest crowd ever for a national final .

In many ways this will be a real test for the riders and management of the Tigers. They need to perform for their fans, and show some fight. The trophy is gone, but they need to win the meeting to restore some pride. Will they?

Should be decent meeting, but let’s be honest Pirates are going to ride with certain amount of caution. It’s theirs to lose.

Well obviously if they are in a 3-3 they will just settle for that. But best form of defence is attack imo.

Do you mean Glasgow fans only turn up for a good result? I thought from all the posts on the Poole thread, that they turn up for the racing between 2 top teams, rather than the score?!

Could we change up the order a wee bit, to rattle a few cages and maybe even say last chance saloon for a rider or two? And how about taking pressure off Tom Brennan a wee bit and give the captaincy to Claus - purely based on his age and experience? Let the young man concentrate on his riding?
Go something along lines of..

Harris, Nowak, Basso, Brennan, Vissing, Complin, Pijper?
