I think I'm agreeing with you that he had to be disqualified no question?

It's hard to disagree that it is borderline shambolic to only spot it at 17.30 though surely? 5 hours after he took to the track in practice.

We will end up finding out why the decision was made at the time it was.

I think the bigger issue that most people  have is that, in typical speedway fashion, it took them 5 hours to realise he'd worn the wrong suit. He could have been at home resting now ahead of the real stuff tomorrow where you actually earn money to ride.

Speedway unfortunately as the image of a Mickey Mouse sport when things like this happen it is hard to defend it

It doesn’t matter if we have never heard of Infinite Reality. The fact that they have been prepared to splash the cash on speedway is great news and Zmarzlik has abused the rules. If he got away with it then all other riders would as well and the sponsorship would be lost and a possible lawsuit appearing which would kill off the sport. The fact that the WC and leader of the series broke the rules is even worse imo.

I agree completely. You are correct. (I think I need a lie down now)

I'd imagine he changed into an illegal suit to ride in the meeting, someone spotted it and looked back at some video footage from practice.

I believe it went to the FI.M jury, so probably took time to drag them away from freebies and inti the jury room :)

Chasing back wheels. Terrible crash again

He almost took Kvetch out in his last one and almost took Nilson off as well

Like what Kelvin just said... I was thinking that instead of SGP, this should be renamed "Last Man Standing"...

Lebedevs has always been reckless from whenever I have seen him.

Haven't watched a live meeting for some time and seeing as I stayed up for the United game , i thought Id stay up and watch this. Despite the ridiculous throwing out of Zmarzlik (A huge fine would of been more adequate) the racing has been pretty good. Nothing wrong with track, rider errors have caused these crashes.

think Holder will win this quite easily.

That’s a disgrace of a crash.

Pijper causing a similar incident with Boughen at Ashfield was forgivable, given neither are old enough to buy alcohol, but this is a GP. That’s Doyle and Lebedevs now clattered opponents.

Am I the one now being naive, or do you expect better?

Chris Louis was spot on; he was out of control.
