Pretty straightforward, uneventful meeting really. Good result top 4 all on good form. Not the greatest meeting in the world but seen far worse. King and bailey apart thought Redcar were poor.

From my viewpoint bit perplexed by Smith getting excluded, looked like Harrison took him off.

Thought Harrison just held his ground.

Job done, Oxford on Tuesday the main focus now 12 point victory required or season over achieve that then all or nothing at Redcar , sounds simple.

11 point victory required...its 40-50 ???...

Vissing won’t be back this season

Sheffield and Glasgow both stronger without him. Tara and Tom get to cover and a guest for Sheffield

Not sure glasgow are stronger with rr especially at home where claus is good round ashfield , ok vt & tb can take a ride but our 2 reserves where we arent strong have to take a ride each so that's debatable wre stronger ..at home no away possibly but with the rr it won't wash beating Poole over 2 legs so it's not making glasgow stronger ..Sheffield is another matter

Odd victory margins are rare meaning a 3-2 for example but anything’s possible.

Don't have to have one each. Lee could take both of them as long as he doesn't have more than seven rides in total.

Yeah, I thought the exclusion was fair.

Just tough racing by Luke Harrison , Lee Complin likes a wee race now and again, great to see Connor Bailey on the pace and loving it around Ashfield.

Matter of angle I assume then. Connors looked very fast on all his visits this season, taken a big step forward this season. Being busy was always the key to him and having 3 leagues plus Poland U24 he's definitely busy!

Am I right in saying if we can't get Oxford meeting done by Saturday we'll be eliminated by the weather? This week's weather forecast not exactly promising

That’s what I heard  the two sections have to be completed no later than Saturday 30th September.

Any meeting not completed by then the away team will be awarded the points.

It's interesting some saying Glasgow are stronger without Vissing, others saying they have no chance using r/r.

I feel they are slightly weaker without him, but don't feel r/r could be used as an excuse for defeat / explanation for a victory.

He is very strong around Glasgow not so much away.
