Streaming is good for people who can't make it

But it's bad for getting people through the gates

10.99 to stream 4 mates watch together

£20 per heads through the gates

Could kill a track off

They would stop streaming if there was a big effect on the gates though.

there will be a lot buying the stream from workington who could not afford or have the time to travel 200 people streaming is good revenue for the club and money they wouldn't have got otherwise from travelling fans. I'd have been looking at £80 fuel plus admission so most away meetings would cost over £100. A lot of money for a speedway meeting

At least Vissing is trying to justify his 4k signing on fee.

That is one reason Glasgow don't stream. They say it goes affect their gate.

If Workington are relying on the present day Cook and Batchelor then it’s going to be a very long and hard season for them.

It wasn’t that long ago both were GP riders.

Not the result the us comets fans wanted but never mind. First meeting out of the way, half the team probably never even heard of Berwick let alone laid eyes on the place. Vissing superb, batchelor was steady, areas for improvement obviously but it’s early days. Hopefully nothing too serious with Cook, onto tomorrow.

I let’s be honest they are both in decline and Batchelor at an alarming rate.

I hope Cookie can regain some form ,he is not a write off just yet.
