100% agree, but his third place would have put the meeting out of Glasgow's reach. An experienced rider would have known that and settled for third. His fall kept the Tigers in the match, but as you say, you can't knock a rider for having a go.

Basically, he was on for a safe third when he seemed to get a tad close to the rider in front of him. It unsettled him, and down he went.

He was pushing for second place and lost control when a 4-2 would have won the meeting and tie. Should have just sat in third.  Have to say I loved the tactics in ht13 not pushing for the 5-1 that would have triggered a Glasgow tac sub. Very smartÂ
