As someone who regularly attends Oxford but no allegiance (my past supported clubs closed) the track has been disappointing this season and will impact my decision in whether I will attend future meetings. I won't stop going, but may attend less as it's a fair way to go to watch 4 riders going around in dust with no racing. -
At the end of the day, does it really matter, people knew what i meant

Fair point but not many of those "countless others" are riding a lethal machine capable of causing injury and even death. How would you feel if you found out the person driving the train you're on has mental illness? Or anyone driving cars on the same stretch of road as yourself? Your answer would probably involve the degree of severity and its actual effect on the person as to his/her ability to safely carry out those things. And the opinion of qualified medics, and that of employers. It's a matter of context and circumstances
