Smart and Lobb lived in Newport at the time of their failed drug tests although neither were riding for Newport at the time. Smart was riding at Swindon and Lobb Exeter. There were stories for weeks before they got caught that they were up to no good but it was was widely known who had grassed them up. A few hard moves by Smart on said rider during his comeback season weren't just random either lol. They should all be tested before each meeting. Like i said a while ago, I worked as a chippy in the mining industry in Aus for a few years and drug tests costed next to nothing. The story that they are too costly is a load of nonsense.

2/3 rds of the stadium are not even accessible,

Yes I was and Danny bird, I’m sure they weren’t random but they have to be seen to be random but I guess it’s not hard to get someone selected for a test just by selecting another random 3, there were a few who I thought would get caught a some point but strangely I never saw Richie worral being one as much as I thought he was a bellend

Sheffield's track used to be superb. Seeing Wilson and Compton in full flight around there was something else. What on earth has happened to it?

2,500 or so I would guess.... A couple of hundred, (maybe more?) Aces fans boosting the attendance..

I bet there will end up being some sort of caviat put in place, stating that if a rider is based in Poland then he doesn’t have to race British league or something silly like that, there’s already been kick back from riders about all this, Bewley commented on a post on twitter last night saying it’s ridiculous and they shouldn’t be forced to do anything, he compared it to modern day slavery !
