I think it needs a bit of both. The gap between the NDL & Champ also needs reducing, and I believe many people want to see far less doubling up/down. The big guns in the Championship ideally need to choose which UK league they want to race in rather than getting the best of both worlds.

Where has the Morris not being there in 27 come from? He is on an upward trajectory and has a very good relationship with Stewart. I’d have thought he would have been one of the first to have been retained.
