If Poland bring in the new rule (1 league other than Poland) quite a few of the top boys will leave, that means the Premiership will have to lower its standards inorder to maintain a competative league. One league is a none starter because there will be no way enough riders even if you went down to 5 rider teams. I think most championship teams would be willing to lower the standard(and wage costs). The exception being Glasgow and Poole, Poole I could see moving up, the standard of the Premiership wouldn't be far of their current team.

Just back from couple of weeks hol's is this right about Workington being looked at for moving up seems absolutely bonkers if true but equally the kind of move the powers that be would see as common sense.
