The scoreline doesn’t justify the closeness and entertaining speedway

You wouldn't need a squad system... As an example, if the six teams currently in the top tier lost two riders each then 12 riders would be available to cover absences/poor performance... They can bring in "usage rules", (and I am sure they will be as usual, ambiguous and convoluted)!!.. In short, just create a situation, (unlike now), where there are more riders than places.... Meaning cover, and competition, for those places...  

Just had a biblical shower 8 miles away , still raining now, has been some heavy rain over the last 48 hrs.

So a 60+ point win at home - I bet the fans were entertained and pleased to be in attendance.?!
