Turbo Twins?? Chris Holder and Darcy Ward were given that title for a reason. Giving that name to the Thompson's is the same as putting Ant & Dec in the same company as Morecambe & Wise.6 points

Ace Pijper has won todays 4th round of the British Youth Championships held at Belle Vue this afternoon.5 points

Feel for King, it isn’t just tonight he hasn’t been on it all season. Need to support him though because he’s a damn good rider at this level. On another note, what a class act Doyle is. Dragged us out of a hole more than once. Is there another rider around that’s not just as good as him, but gives his all every time in our country? Worth his weight in gold this fella.3 points

So, what your saying is that 'crescent girl' is actually a dick?3 points

Christ no, not even on a 2.00 average, I’d rather we ran with three riders in a heat.3 points

Everything would've been fine if Dan Gilkes didn't have that awful crash. Make up our own rules and bring Simon Lambert in as a rising star I say.2 points

What's happened to Torun's track? It was a great race track with lots of passing but now it's just a gate and go track like Prague.2 points

All I can say is the girl anchor is sizzling hot.2 points

I'm not questioning that at all, clearly a hell of a lot of money has been spent up there, and I hope to be impressed by the facilities one day when I finally get the chance to go2 points

I think the fact Ashfield is being used for the GP Challenge is a fair indication of the standard of the track (and stadium facilities too)2 points

Hopefully Berwick will have learned the lesson of a few ago where they booked Lee Complin as a guest then gave him and the rest of the riders little or no material to work with.2 points

Grey area? Depends if the rider as used Just For Men or not!2 points

I doubt very much that any money changes hands although if anyone organises a collection to get rid then I'll get my wallet out.2 points

Yes, all fair points, when i say the track is not conducive to junior racing I am referring to the lesser (junior) riders of a CL team that i see trying to get around Leicester. Nobody stands out, I think it's fair to say even the highly rated Anders Rowe has failed to get to grips with the track and even the likes of Drew Kemp & Jordan Palin have failed to ever show anything. Anyway, you may just have sold it to me you rascal, I'll see what the teams are like after Saturday and what the weather is like on Sunday and may just pop along to see what all the fuss is about2 points

I’d have been happy with a point before the start but left feeling a bit frustrated it wasn’t more in the end. Two really poor starts from Niels in 10 & 12 cost him. The outside line didn’t work all meeting so what on earth Jorgensen was thinking in heat 14, god only knows. Just left the inside open lap after lap and eventually Riss took the invite. Doyle was head and shoulders above everyone and never really looked like being beaten. Even when behind, only a matter of time before hitting the front. Riss looking more and more like the rider we know he can be. Worst I’ve seen King by a mile. For the Stars, impressed again with Lewi and surprised he didn’t get the nod in heat 15, though Lawson did spring into life a bit after being quiet early on. How Jorgensen didn’t stack it after picking up in heat 10 I’ll never know. The team is looking solid though and other than Wolves away, been competitive everywhere. Mom - R/R for Starke. Match winning 8+1, what a stroke of luck for Ipswich he didn’t make it2 points

Impossible, as we have informed so many times he doesn't do forums and the like.2 points

The youth championship was in the fixture list at the start of the season. It's been in the programme every week. It was announced multiple times at the track v. Poole. Agree it's poor the websites is not updated regularly but the meeting was well advertised elsewhere2 points

I wonder if the big I am will be looking to double down in the National League next season as it seems his days dominating this league have long gone .1 point

I think we needed that, flattering to deceive for a bit now. Ulle just hasnt got going other than last time over there, Basso likewise and Nicol doing very very little. Danyon had a rare off night though frustrating to watch us still trying the inside line throughout the meeting when it largely died around ht 5 or 6.1 point

Good meeting in the end with some cracking races as the meeting went on. Bears deserved the point I think but gave themselves too much to do after a slow start.1 point

Gilkes was flying tbf. Palin rides Scunthorpe and Belle Vue well. Now back at reserve at Scunthorpe but unfortunately crashed tonight. James Shanes is still on the rising star list surely must be a better option than both1 point

Not even related ….The THOMPSON TWINS has to have the correct title .……… bloodline heritage supersedes Poole propaganda1 point

Admittedly have only seen FIM meetings + play off final on year at Bellevue.Ashfield has improved beyond recognition regarding track and facilities with decent food ect.Well worth a visit.1 point

No paramedic on site FFS! This guy should have his promoters licence taken from him... absolute disgrace to the sport1 point

It’s ridiculous that they are allowed a guest for a rider who has left the Club. The rules need changing,it’s constantly being manipulated by most Clubs to suit.1 point

agree,Ulle is too inconsistent this season.Pulls out a good ride now and then.1 point

Mathias Thornblom looked decent in the Swedish Elite league match last night. Mixing it with some top riders. Doesn't look to have a Polish place although someone will probably snap him up if that's the sort of form he's in. Failed at Berwick a good few seasons ago but looked CL heat leader standard last night. Albeit on a vastly different track to Newcastle. Swedes not riding in Poland would fit the bill for the CL as there are hardly any Tuesday fixtures and no Thursday fixtures but too expensive for the Diamonds??1 point

Rule 04.1/1 instructs that scarves or neckerchiefs must not trail so as to be a possible source of danger. While not mentioning hair, it is reasonable to assume a referee might consider trailing hair to fall into the same category. Grey area?1 point

Not sure if anyone else noticed the track was through to the base entering bend 3 last night. Hope that can be sorted out before it gets worse. I am not a Doyle fan in the slightest,,,, but the bloke is still head and shoulders above in this league,,,and he is defo winning me over.1 point

And bring their current team average down again to 42 pts from the 43.26 they currently are? They can replace Rowe with a rider up to the same average but if they change two they go back to the original 42pt building limit. Can't see where they will get two riders from to improve what they have.1 point

Would Crump be worth a gamble? If he finds his 2006 form, we could make a run for the play-offs.1 point

Do u rekon if they sacked off that annoying pre match T### on the mic it would free up some money for signings?1 point

3.95 so no overseas rider unless there is an Australian with British ancestry (cf Connor Bailey) So best options are probably Henry Atkins (who is rumoured to be signing for Oxford in the NL) or Cubs own Connor Coles.1 point
