  2. He's a bit of a miracle man is Carlos , he even managed to recover from being out of today's race to finishing on the rostrum. Not many can claim that

  3. I signed him for that season with all the ‘baggage’ that came with him but the ‘baggage train’ is now bigger than the station and no club with any decent standards will be signing him.

  5. Great racing t Workington again. This track and Belle Vue have to be a blueprint for any new tracks that may be built in the future (**cough** Swindon) Heat 4 was a very strange decision by the ref. Sam McGurk clearly brought Luke Killeen off. You could see the bump when they collided and Sam was snaking afterwards. I can only think that the ref was watching Troy and Scott going at it hammer and tongs half a lap ahead at the time. Tate Zischke looks like he is going to be one hell of a rider. There's a future GP rider right there! (No pressure). They said on BSN that Celina was taken ill on her flight and is in hospital. Hope she is ok.

  8. Pipe down Geoffrey. How many accounts have you got on here by the way? One account with your drivel is more than enough.

  9. They said on BSN that the ref didn't look at the replays! Obviously not paid his subs

  10. I'd rather finish bottom of the league without Garrity than win the league with Garrity.

  11. I think they’ve seen what Steve Lawson has done for Bewley and working with him may turn him into a Bewley 2.0 (the kid is going to be world class no doubt), and that he has pretty much unlimited track access for practice etc has a lot to do with it, plus why wouldn’t you it’s a superb place.

  12. We all want to see the best riders over here regardless of which team we follow. Nice one Brum! What average does Freddie come in on?

  13. Think you’re being a bit reactionary to Thursdays poor performance. And yes, it was a dreadful performance but to be fair to the lad, that’s the first real stinker he’s had. Over all meetings last year, Rew averaged 4.43 with a GSA of 3.74. This season so far, he’s averaging 5.51 with a GSA of 4.76. While not pulling up any trees by any means, he’s averaging just over a point more so far than last year so definite signs of improvement.

  15. is this poster a real speedway fan or just a kob head ? if redcar sign this toe rag it will be the end of travelling away fans visiting other tracks . who wants to watch a robber and ???? user make a comeback into the sport .both poster and kob head are a discrace to speedway and the fans .. DONTDO IT REDCAR . you will pay for it in the future .

  16. Lynn need to make a change now,or before our next match anyway.Toft goes to reserve next month and imo he has to be the one that goes. They have over 7pts to play with,so surely must be looking for someone so it can keep Wojdylo at reserve.

  17. Obviously wearing the wrong glasses! They said before on BSN that the ref can look at BSN footage so why didn't he, just read technical fault, seems to be a fault with his eyes too!

  23. Bears lost Charles Wright at the end of 23 and didnt win a match after that. They've lost King this season and lost one of the best track curators in the country leading to an inconsistent home track and all you can do is moan . What a great supporter you are, the club have gone out and signed one of the only riders available, as they will , quite rightly ,never resign Garrity. Gilkes is young and British and rides Redcar very well, yes, hes not a heat leader but he’ll do a good job for the Bears taking some of the pressure currently on Bailey and Edwards. Support your team !

  24. Pleased with Dan Gilkes, think he will be an improvement on Knudsen (which wouldn't be hard).

  25. Exactly the same reasons he should have come to Leicester to get some PL experience, Stewart Dickson would have taken good care of him, unlimited track time and also a superb place ()

  27. Batchelor would be a decent replacement for Toft, if he could be persuaded to ride for Buster again.

  28. I like football, I pay money to my club, Bristol City, to listen and watch the streams officially available to me helping put money into my team. I do exactly the same with the excellent service BSN provide for us, I pay my money firstly to watch and secondly to pay for the work they do for us and the sport. Shame on anybody who gets by this on the cheap when the sport needs help.

  29. Can fit Fred in for Lampart and get Zach back to reserve. I think Pawlicki will improve and the team will be better balanced. Would let Sam go and run with Chris Adam’s as Team Manager.

  33. 100% this defo needed more UK track time, he needs to bin off going to Poland to get zero rides for Pila, plus the tracks/opponents in the U24 league where he rides for Grudziadz won’t help him one bit, Polish league promises the world but delivers little unless your in top bracket of riders

  42. I am a little surprised with Dans' signing, I can't see how he strengthens the team, it might even weaken us a bit. At the moment we are running with 2 heatleaders, 2 inconsistent second strings, and 3 reserves. Unless there's another change on the way, maybe when the new averages come into force.

  43. Clearly after that performance, Butterfield knows nothng about sports club finance. Making £7,000 profit would mean that Panthers were more profitable than 90% of EFL clubs, but building houses over all the grounds in the country is hardly a vote winner. I hope the PCC will have a look at a definition of a great noun in the Cambridge Dictionary before making a decision about this one-man project, one-man band of vapour-ware companies pushing fiction and send him back to flogging gym kit software. The noun - "Snake-oil salesman" The definition - " someone who deceives people in order to get money from them: " Example - " In other words, don't take the ramblings of snake oil salesmen (like self-appointed cheerleaders who tout playlists and conduct seminars on how their "creative" views create solutions) too seriously"

  44. A very useful video for anyone who didn't know what he is like. Worth noting that Opportunity Peterborough (hosting the event) is wholly owned by Peterborough City Council. Also clock the nasty piece of work at the end who says that that's what people do when Butterfield calls the local and nationwide speedway fans selfish because they don't want to lose Peterborough Speedway & 50 years of local/national/world history and community to the fantasy vision of a greedy developer which will not, IMHO, appear in a disruptive 12 years time anything like the glossy brochure.
