This was even on Greatest Hits Yorkshire this morning in the sports news bulletin - really hoping everything works out for them all. -

Absolutely - the crash for Tai and what happened last year should make people check their somewhat wild expectations at this point! As its stands Ipswich are the favourites etc but lets not assume its all done and dusted yet. Thats said I would love to see them win it this year! -

Rather like the JD / and then Emil dilemma last year for Ipswich! They have some time but R/R makes them vulnerable long term. again - let’s hope Tai makes a full recovery from his injuries - only 2 of them IMO fit the potential to replace Tai - around Owlerton he is almost irreplaceable! -

Well I said KY would beat BV last night so what do we know 😄 but yes a Ipswich win is my bet for this one -

Always had a lot of time for Tom, he seems to ride well on pretty much every track - he is a great signing!! -

Possibly Kurtz to my mind - he is good if he gets out of the gate but he will have one off gate 4 ar least! -

Given that statistically it's a 1 in 7 chance to win the title now and has been for the last few seasons - it should be nearer double that 😉 anyway back to the match.... -

maybe so but one result doesn't a season make and all that - but cracking start and advantage witches for sure! Won't be down for this but will be keeping tabs - best of luck to Tom B on his home 'debut' he weighed in with a decent score last night also! -

Jenkins used to ride at Peterborough and in my opinion is good on the bigger bowl like tracks. There is a video of him riding in 2023 for Peterborough v Sheffield and he is blasting round beating a lot of supposidly better riders. -

Ellis was really good at Foxhall - if he got out of the gate he was often away - he also pickled up a fair few 5-1s with his partner. His injury hampered the Witches as well in my view. Everyone will feel confident but the Witches lost 2 times to BV at home in 2023 i think it was so no room for complacency!! I do expect a home win however - Kurtz will be the top man for BV. -

Good start but means nothing yet! A strong all round performance from the witches however! Have a hope / feeling Danny will be great at no2! -
I do sometimes but that's due to the number on the backs not always being clear - to me its seems obvious to have riders number and name on the back just like in other sports - the days of me knowing which rider was which by leathers, sponsors and bike covers are long gone.

Must admit I found the move to race suits very good - it not like they are charging £200 quid for replica race suits for the fans is it!
-
It's encouraging - if Ipswich are to finally bag that first title since 98 they will need Jason back to his very best!

Kurtz is usually decent at Foxhall if he gets out of te gate e is difficult to get past - he's beaten by Jason and Emil in the last couple of years. I think Zach Cook had a really good meeting for Wolves as well a couople of years ago at reserve scored 10+ i think. -

less teams for a start but a lot of chat probably migrated onto facebook / twitter etc. Also in the PL the sides were largely sorted before Cmas - I dont recall that being so 20 odd years ago, my team used to annouce their team quite late in the late 80s to 00's often almost as the season was starting - so there would always be plenty to talk about over the winter
