I think narrow away win but the league needs a home win! -

Zagar is just a waste of time - he was poor at Owlerton save one ride where he gated a stayed out. With MJJ gone Birmingham really are struggling. Good to see Tobi gettign a decent score. Witches managed a fairly routine with without two of their most effective riders Dan and Jason - speedy recoveries to both! -
One of things I have come across particulary on football forums is just how truly miserable so many fans of their clubs are - I recall my side playing at Barnsley a few years ago and won 2-0 - the whining from the Barnsly fans online after was truly epic it really was. Apparently my side started time wasting from the moment they scored in the fourth minute and despite Barnsley being awarded a penalty which they missed - we cheated our way to the win! I also recall the bank holiday fixtures of Ipswich V Arena and then down the A12 for the evening - great days out actually - yes the racing particulary in the lunchtime / early PM match wasn't great but then again I've also paid to money to see some truly terrible football matches in the premiership. That's the gamble with live sport

yep no trophies being lifted now, based on tonight tho BV will need to up their game away from the NSS.

Somewhat of a walloping this - Belle Vue need to be better - Kurtz was pretty woeful as he can be here. Tigers really have hit the right formula with both Rowe and Flint finally showing what they can do! Not often Chris is the lowest scorer either!
-
Jesus H any chance of discussing the actual meeting! - Aces clearly need to improve they just squeezed past the Tigers and they looked poor away tonight at Owlerton

Just watched the heat 15 ride for Tobi - good ride and pleased to see him getting back to the form we know he is capable of, if Brum are to have any success this year a decent no 1 is critical! MJJ needed to offer more in the latter hears on paper he is just as good as Fricke / Masters etc so he should be looking to beat them particulary after his Foxhall performance last week. I think Zagar is gone but lets see. Another good score from Rew - I personally would be pleased to see him back at Ipswich - i suspect this years 7 won't be all back in 2026!!😉

A bit like the match at Foxhall last week this was over by heat 3 - very good showing from Kings Lynn but the Spires just look a bit of a mess right now, Good to see Janowski improving however he was about the only bright spot for Oxford last night. It seems maybe its a 5 way fight for the playoffs maybe!

To be fair when Doyle went under the air fence on the exit of bend two in heat 6 i did fear the worst for his shoulder. -

Klindt scored a belting 15 the other year before his injury including one race knocking Danny King off! Seem to recall he beat Emil and that was the night he broke the track record? -

Gating is an issue - he looked better in the later stages of the meeting, in his 2nd ride he was challenging to get past and pulled a big locker on the third / fourth bend on lap 1 and fell off. At Sheffield the other week his gating was bad and he wasnt able to get back positions, he didnt come across as racing - we all now Tobi likes to throw the bike about and he does hang off the machien at times - I saw a bit of the last night but not st Sheffield from memoery. -

To be fair on his showing tonight I am almost a convert - offset by his poor showing at Sheffield the other week! -

King 10+1 Brennan 10, Adam 8+2 then Emil 8+1, Jason 8+1 Dan 7+2 thats my order so three on paid 9 for the final spot. To my mind 8+1 is better than 7+2 -

not been to either - i generally sit on exit of bend 2 in the grandstand - the crowd looked thinner directly opposite me on the run in ot the first bend etc but maybe they were sat in the grandstand more - saying that so far its been BV, Oxford and Birmingham meaning the Leicester and KL are to come! -

I felt the gate was lower than normal tonight as well, sadly with no Peterborough the best 'local matches' are Leicester and Kings Lynn. -

have to admit the 2nd half was a disappointment, no Emil / Jason or MJJ - well done Dan however! -

He was the only one who prevented a complete whitewash! However heat 13 he was nowehere, All Rew did was to end Toms maximum, i expected far more from him. However Birmingham are 1 point better than their drubbing at Owlerton earlier this season they are improving!
