  1. How would you know where people travel unless you have been stalking them? Which is very sad and very worrying! Plus some of us aren't even in Dorset in the first place. Lol.
  2. If that's me I definitely slated him when he was at Poole!! Lol. As usual you don't have a clue. Why do you think I voted for the Championship!! Haha.
  3. Every set of fans does that! Dear lord.. The teams at the bottom have low crowds and teams and the top have bigger ones. Has always been that way and always will be.
  4. And that is just you! Crowds may have been worse in the top league as some seasons we could play Swindon 4 times at home during the season. Only die hard fans would watch the same away team come that many times! Crowds have been good since restrictions lifted, probably because Poole are doing well and different teams every week.
  5. You could use a normal TS in 2003. They got the idea of double points from the joker rule in the World Cup, so mid 2000s?
  6. I guess but at worse/best depends which team you are on/supporting it would go down to 2 points. You just have to make sure you hit back in the next heat! When it was double points and used as soon as 10 down, at most it would go down to is 3. So not too much difference! Edit- home teams shouldn't be allowed to use a TS though!
  7. Yes I thought it was 8 too until Leicester used a TS when 6 down at Poole a week or so ago!
  8. A few years ago in the Prem they said you could use it between 5-11 or something similar but that was when it was double points. Not sure if you had the same in the Champ at that time.
  9. But even Berwick chose 1 and 3 when we went for H15. Is that cos they would have more 2 and 4 near the end of the meeting esp H13?
  10. Oh lol. I thought you were agreeing with him! All of his comments are not required tbh!
  11. Bit sensitive if you think that is insulting. I wouldn't expect to lose at Berwick but this my first season getting to know the Championship. It's my opinion and it's fine to think we should have won it.
  12. Well done Berwick. So close but we just couldn't get a draw. Of all the teams to lose our unbeaten record to I didn't think it was going to be Berwick!
  13. Such a shame. Seems to spoil a potentially good meeting. One bad gate is understandable but 2 is a bit much! Hopefully Newcastle is better tomorrow.
  14. Whitley Bay seems to be a very popular destination these days. Almost like a northern version of Cornwall. Or is Cornwall a southern version of Whitley Bay!
  15. Would have thought a Poole one in this section would have been more of an issue than Swindon being in it!
  16. Harsh!! Still a possibility even if it is a really small one of them returning.
  17. Fingers crossed!! If we do win I'm sure Berwick will make us work for it.
  18. Well that's hope that it's right! Weather forecasts aren't accurate down South. Heavy thundery showers yesterday apparently, we had nothing but sunshine! lol. I just don't think you can rely on weather forecasts unless lots of them are saying the same thing. But most of the time they don't!
  19. Ah, good old sawdust!! I remember they had to put sawdust down at Coventry vs Poole ko cup final 2003. Literally the best comeback of all time for Poole!! If that was this season probably would get rained off in the morning of the meeting!
