I'm guessing that the web site is maintained by a professional company who probably don't work over a bank holiday weekend, whereas it's much easier to post on Social Media any relevant news updates like they did announcing that Cookie would be riding on Sunday.

According to the Comets programme, the Workington v Ashfield fixture is Sat 4th May. Workington v Armadale is also on June 22nd, not June 29th
